I had recently visited a dispensary in OR and they were great. Friendly. Outgoing. Knowledgeable. And willing to help me understand. I suppose if you are a person already knowledgeable you can just go in and grab what you want and go. I waited in line for 30 mins while the employees entertained 3 men with no money, smell every jar, not making them get out of line. In fact they just sat there while these guys to magically try and find money. Then they let them sit at the atm for another 15 min, while the line got longer and longer. the girl (curly hair) at the register told me she could get a manger to refund my cart but over 2 weeks she said her "manager wouldn't do shit, so I shouldn't try". even though I bought 5 at that time, so how would I know the last wouldn't work.
