I showed up for my visit a few minutes early. The person who checked me in did not speak English…read moreand she had food on her face and food all over her shirt. I was then escorted to a room with very little light and given no instructions until I asked. The masseuse walked in w/o knocking and not knowing if I was undressed and ready for it. Her phone text tone went off a few times while my session was going. I could hear loud talking in the hallway and at one point my masseuse was called out of the room. I think she left the room approximately 4 times during my massage and never covered me up. She sat on my butt w/ a towel in between to do a portion of the massage. There are so many more horrible things about this appointment but these are the main points. Oh and lastly the Groupon included a "hot stone" portion which was never done. Do not go here!
