Now I think maybe they've grown too fast because the waiting room is always packed full and the hygienists seem stressed and rushed. Plus I don't think we've ever had the same hygienist twice, and we've been coming here for maybe 5 years. They don't explain anything to my son or give him time to get used to anything. We've completely failed to get xrays the last few visits because the mouthpiece makes him gag and panic. During cleanings, they've started using the rinse-and-vacuum method instead of letting him spit and it splashes on his face and it's loud and uncomfortable. We're going to try switching to a smaller office elsewhere that can hopefully give him more time and a calmer environment.

Have been going with my sons for few years possibly now, But unfortunately I recently found out that the office is letting my children go as they are no longer welcomed back as patients, and when I called to find out the reason no one picked up and so I left a message with my name and number, and of course no respond, no call back. So I called next day or so and finally spoke to a manager and asked what was the reason, she said on accounts of missed appointments (which i get) although I tried explaining that I haven't been receiving any reminders no phone calls no more emails for a very long time for over a year now, and was even about to call the office myself just to verify an up coming appointment because i don't receive reminders. She didn't seem to care she was very dry and cold. could not believe how unfriendly she spoke with a nasty attitude the whole time. I went on to explain that early last month i was there for a friendly follow-up cleaning with my kids and made sure to give them my email again, also letting them know my information hasn't changed. I went on trying to explain further the situation and the manager started getting very hostile and rude by me trying to understand. She went on to say aggressively that its all my responsibility to attend appointments, which its true, I can totally take accountability of course but isn't it in their job description to send out those curtesy reminders? As a single mom of three and actually just recently gave birth to my baby girl, I have a lot of appointments and extra activities with my sons, theirs a lot going on all the time making it difficult to keep it all on perfect track, sometimes those curtesy reminders go a long way for us busy parents. I even had offered to pay any fees if I had to at one point or another, either way the manager was extremely rude had absolutely no sympathy and was unprofessional. Very sad there has never been issues before everyone seems nice enough but ultimately absolutely horrible with this person. Curtesy reminders help in many different ways as well for busy, something she should show concern about.

This was extremely disruptive to an ongoing and costly treatment. I was also informed that the pause would not be lifted unless I returned to his office, which prevented my actual provider from continuing care. Healthcare providers should demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect for patients' treatment plans. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. In addition, a significant portion of my appointment was spent on a lengthy lecture about basic dental hygiene, which felt dismissive and not respectful of my time as an adult patient. As a result, I transferred my care to another provider and have had a much better experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend this office.
