Came her randomly to walk into a lavender box full of happiness and joy. I did not expect to the ladies to be cheerful and very helpful. You could tell their passion is branded into their product or they hired some good people. The place is full on purple and makes you feel you are in a lavender box with kitchen. It is not bad, just not common which gives this place a unique calming vibe. The decorations are what people would say cute but I think it is simple and to the point of showing they are family oriented and want to make sure we feel more welcomed than just a shop and go spot. Most places make the place seem like you buy boba chill for a bit and go. This places makes you wanna stay and meet the workers. We got lavender, honeydew, and Thai tea. I must say the sugar level in all three drinks are amazing, not to strong and not light to where it bitter. That is probably the best part the drink are perfect. The lavender was by far my favorite and looking at the place it makes sense. The price was amazing, it got me off guard that total was three dollars for three drinks, which most places are like 13 or 15dollars. Call me cheap but the price is well placed and worth spending. If I was not full, I would actually buy one more just because they have more than 5 top flavors. Along with that, sitting here and typing this I noticed they have a lot of loyal fans that the workers take time to talk to and be friends enough to have a conversation. The drinks themselves are fine, but my boba had no flavor. Bad day or that's just how Smiley Cup does it? Flavor aside, the little tapioca balls were cooked perfectly. Customer service was a little cold but not rude; I just expected more smiling and friendliness based on previous reviews. I pass this bubble tea place frequently and finally decided to stop by today. The service was phenomenonal. The two ladies at the front were so kind and helpful. We sampled the Thai tea which was perfect. I am always hesitant as to the sweetness level to select so I am glad we were able to try it. I really enjoyed the Thai tea but the Chai tea was mediocre. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have a lot of tea options and you can adjust your ice, sweetness level, and the type of milk you want (if your drink is made with milk). Not to mention, personalization of the drinks (changing sweetness %, splitting the size of drinks) is very flexible. They have handled countless large orders very well with no mistakes, and their seasonal additions/limited edition drinks are always exciting to try. By far, I prefer their Thai milk tea @ 75% sweetness over any other boba place in the area. I will recommend that you try and visit at least one hour before closing time in the rush season because they tend to run out of boba closer to the end of the day. read more

How do i even start! This place is fairly new to the area and I was not disappointed for my first visit. The area is very welcoming and clean. The color theme to this cute place is very nice too. The staff were very very welcoming and kind as well. I was able to same my drink before they added it to the cup for my satisfaction, which I believe is amazing. I had gotten the lavender milk tea. The milk tea was made very well and the boba wasn't too soft nor was it too hard, it was sweet and just right. The bathrooms were very clean and had a pleasant scent and was easy to find. Deal breaker for me and they made a customer out of me. The tea was yummy.
