I took my 10 month old son for his first dental appointment today and he did awesome! From the first call to book an appointment until we left today, the staff was friendly, helpful, attentive and full of compliments for my beautiful boy :) . Booking the appointment was simple and all we had to do beforehand was fill out the new patient forms on their website. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet! And the dental assistant and Dr. Frazier were both very informative and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I'm so glad I found this place and that my son had a positive first experience. I highly recommend this office! Thank you all!! read more

I will give only one star to this because I'm really disappointed in their job did to my son. I had such an unpleasant experience with them. My 4 years old needed one crown and I had tried hard to find a clinic to do it, they were all busy but I found this clinic and I thought everything will work well but it didn't! My son needed one crown for his cavity and I've been before to other two clinics that they also told me he needs one crown so this is what I expected for him to get one crown, that's it! They put me to sign a paper which they didn't explain to me, they've just said I don't have to pay anything and that the insurance covers everything so I was happy to hear that, but I didn't notice that the paper which I signed was having writer in that he's going to have 3 crowns done !!!!! What?? After the procedure was done I was looking at my son mouth and I was very surprised to see three instead of one crown, I was so upset and frustrated, I didn't even know what to do, I asked the doctor why is that and she said he needed those and what can I do now? He's going to be stuck now with three crowns for 5-6 years and he didn't even needed that many! Also he has gum pain and he's bleeding when I wash his teeth, nobody can do anything about that! I'm so sad and I wish I can take the time back to fix this. I didn't have much experience with doctors and dentists so I didn't expected anything like this! And because I knew he needed one crown and nobody said anything about three, I didn't thought of asking anything. I totally am against this office, be aware that they trying to get your money! On top of that, after 3 months already, they are asking me to pay almost $300 because the insurance didn't cover everything that they did! But I didn't ask for that!!!!! I'm pissed off! I wish they will have to pay for this and not me! read more

I can't say enough good things about this Dentists Office. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have two different play areas in the waiting room for the kiddos, plus a nice coffee station for the adults. We didn't have to wait longer than 5 minutes before they called us back! We got a nice tour of the office and found everything to be open, welcoming and clean. They have state or the art equipment and a nice viewing area for the parents. Dr. Cele is absolutely amazing at what she does and has a natural talent with the kids. I highly recommend this office and am so glad we get to take our daughter there now! read more

We love this place. Can't say enough about how wonderful are experiences have been here. Our boys have been patients here over 6 years and every experience has been excellent. Every staff member from reception, hygienists, dental and ortho assistants are so kind and accommodating. The Doctors are excellent; Dr. Cele and Dr. Oliver are the Best! Dr. Cele and her incredible staff take care of our children as if they were their own, we can't sing their praises enough!!! We're so fortunate to have a one-stop shop for dental and orthodontic care. As a busy mom, I'm so grateful that they offer flexible and convenient scheduling, are always on time, but offer thorough and comprehensive care, and we never feel rushed. Smiles by CDO is amazing! They took care of all three of our boys dental and braces. I loved that they walked us through every process they were doing with our boys along with knowing when our boys were lying about wearing rubber bands and retainers . The attention to detail the docs and staff have is amazing. My son has special needs due to a stroke suffered at birth. He makes for a very difficult patient that requires a lot of time, patience, and understanding. Not only have I witnessed this office go above and beyond to work with him and help make procedures as stress free as possible, Dr. Cele in particular had dedicated her precious time to insuring David never has substandard care. It can be so hard to find doctors that have that patience and understanding. Often, kids who can't easily handle the anxieties of these procedures are forced to have them done under general anesthesia which is not only unaffordable but also an added risk. I'm so grateful for this office staff and the caring doctors who have never treated my son like a problem. read more

I have searched and searched and searched for a dentist/ orthodontic office that I really loved. As soon as I walked into this office, I knew I had found it!! Dr. Seal and her staff are absolutely incredible. The relaxed vibe in the office makes it feel so much more comfortable. My kids loved every second being there. Kia placed braces on my most scared child, Brooklin, and because of her nurturing ability and sweetness, Brooklin actually enjoyed the experience. Dr. Seal called later in the afternoon just to check and see how she was feeling. I also dealt with Mimi, Sharon, and Barbara who were all SPECTACULAR!! I will forever stay with this office. Not only are they wonderful at their own individual jobs, they treat you like you are family. read more

I came here when Paul was the dentist, now here I am with two of my own kids! Love this place, it's awesome for kids!

Seriously the worst place I could've taken my child. Three times I took my child out of school for appointments. First time the registration paperwork wasn't received though I submitted them online IN TIME for the appointment, they still sent me away and said we needed to reschedule. When I went back the second time, they wrongfully signed him up for an orthodox exam. I only needed him to get a cleaning and x-rays. How many times I had to say that.. I don't even know.. too many times to count that's for sure. And third times a charm-- when we went there they ONLY did x-rays. They showed us around the office showing us their surgical grade equipment, how they make retainers in house, etc. but as soon as it was time to do a cleaning they said he needed a deep cleaning and they don't have the capability to do that there. WHAT!? !? !? That's ridiculous. They can make retainers, they can do braces, sealants, fillings, but they can't do deep cleanings!?!?!? Oh and so you are aware, my son had cavities that you didn't catch. I'm livid with this place. You people have wasted my time and money. Luckily the office you referred me to was a million times better than you. Took care of his fillings, his deep cleaning, they were quick and efficient. I don't recommend this place at all. While I was there during one the appointments another parent was yelling at the receptionist because they screwed up their billing. BE WARNED. Unless you want a headache, go else where. read more

Great office team and dental assistants and dentists/orthodontists. My kids never have an issue coming in and usually look forward to their visits. Let me start by saying that I've interacted with MANY pediatric offices (regular and specialists) for various situations/conditions, and Dr. Cele and her staff have, by far, been the BEST! Not only did they perfectly deliver the basics needed from a provider (prompt, tentative, reliable, affordable, etc.) but they went above and beyond my expectations for care - which is VERY hard to do. Here's what happened: My son got sick, I took him to his pediatrician and while there noticed something in his mouth. Called CDO and after talking to a sympathetic staff member, was instructed to text a photo to Dr. Cele for review since her office was extremely booked. What? Yes. I was able to text a photo and she called me later to explain what she saw and put me at ease. She then said if I noticed anything else to feel free to send her another pic and she'd take a look. Um, WOW! That level of care and concern blew my mind! I thanked her and said I couldn't imagine taking advantage of her unprecedented offer, but appreciated it...Well...as most things with toddlers go, a couple days later, another alarming concern popped up and I had to resort to texting her another picture. She called me back again and explained what she saw, but could tell I was worried. She figured out a way to work me into her busy schedule and was able to look at my son's mouth and confirm all was well and it was normal teething issues. She said she understood bc she had similar concerns when her kids were that age, so she also made me feel like I wasn't overreacting. I cannot tell you how amazing everyone at the office was. They made me feel important, valued and, probably most importantly, justified for being concerned. I will shout from the rooftop how amazing CDO is and will recommend them every chance I get. read more
