As a patient with the former dentist before this one bought the practice, I was told when calling for an appointment that I would be given the new paint fee for services. But on check out, receptionist said there was no record of it so I paid full price, I was not even asked if I had insurance. I paid the full price.That wasn't all. The dentist was curt, impersonal. Rushed through my treatment plan an and left. No "It was nice to meet you." Or, "Looking forward to seeing you when you return." etc. I'm treated better ordering fast food! I'll not go back. Having recently transitioned from Dr. Siddappa to Dr. Saini I've been really happy with the transition at the office. Dr. Saini and her team in the Thousand Oaks office are great. She spends time getting to know you and her clear explanations make it easy to understand what's going on. The whole team, from the staff at the front desk to the hygienists and dental assistants, are friendly and really good at their jobs. What catches my attention is the new tech they use and the quality of care they provide. They're careful and thorough from the diagnosis right through to the treatment. The dental hygienist have no idea what they are doing. Before doing anything they had to double check with the dentist and even then got confused. No one could answer my questions and told me to go see a specialist but didn't bother to refer me to one. They also took pictures of my teeth with their iphone which Ive never had happen at any other dentist. Overall, they are very low quality and I recommend you never go here. read more

I found this dentist after visiting other shops in the same shopping center. I got a routine cleaning. I arrived on time and was taken back on time as well which was appreciated since I had to get back to work! They have a monitor at the chair that I can see the pictures of my teeth. It was cool (and scary). But once I saw the Dentist, she assured me my teeth were fine. My teeth are sensitive (especially around a crown I have) and the doctor was gentle and cleaned thoroughly but with care. No Cavities! Best dentist ever! She is amazing with my 4 young kids 8,7,6,4. Very friendly. My son busted out his teeth in a bounce house and she saw him on a saturday when she was just there doing the books with her husband. That is wow service. Dr. Savitha Siddappa is hands down the best dentist I've ever gone too. She has managed to save 2 of my cracked teeth with her expertise and knowledge. I went to other dentists who wanted to either put in an implant or bridge. Dr. Siddappa saved half of 2 teeth and did partial crowns. After visiting many different dentist's, I find her to be honest with a very gentle and pleasant bedside manner. The staff is amazing too. I have been undergoing a treatment called TruDenta for my migrane under Dr. Savitha Siddhappa and her assistant for last 2 months.  First I didn't have much expectation about the outcome of this treatment because I was having migrane for many years.  But after couple of sittings, the frequency of migrane episodes has reduced tremendously.  I am very happy with Dr. Siddhappa and her assistant Mady, the way they treat their patients, the way  they explain what they are doing and what they are going to do next etc.  I would highly recommend Dr. Siddhappa and her team for TruDenta Migrane treatment. read more

No exaggeration, Dr. Siddappa changed my life! I had debilitating neck pain and severe TMJ at 25 years old, and after several dismissive and discouraging orthopedist and physical therapy appointments, I finally figured I'd give the dental route a try as my last resort. Dr. Siddappa explained to me that of all things, my tongue tie could be the unlikely culprit behind my under-developed jaw and chronic neck pain, and recommended a tongue tie release procedure along with an expander to widen my palate. She performed the minor surgery three months ago and I can say with complete honesty that my neck pain is 80% better and my jaw doesn't click nearly as much. I'm optimistic that after 8 months of wearing my expander nightly, I'll see even more progress in my recovery. And if all that weren't enough, Dr. Siddappa is endlessly enthusiastic, sweet, and invested in her patients (as is her staff!). I can't recommend her enough! read more
