Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The management and front desk staff are severely lacking in basic customer service, which has made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. Nobody ever answers the phone. I've called multiple times during posted business hours only to get voicemail or endless ringing--it's virtually impossible to reach anyone for scheduling questions, make-up lessons, or simple inquiries. When you finally do get through (usually after several attempts), the responses are inconsistent and unhelpful. Staff struggle to answer straightforward questions, and I've received completely different answers from different people about the same issue. Most concerning is the General Manager, Katy Masloski, who seems more focused on excusing poor service and justifying problems than actually correcting them. When issues were raised, the response was defensive rather than solution-oriented, which only compounded the frustration. If you're looking for reliable communication and competent administrative support alongside your lessons, I'd look elsewhere. The teaching is fine, but the overall operation falls far short of professional standards.

While we remained hopeful due to our children's potential, the consistent administrative failures and lack of professional integrity from management have made it impossible to stay. The management here is incredibly difficult to work with. Scheduling is a persistent challenge, and interactions with the leadership team are often met with a disrespectful and dismissive tone. Most concerning was the discrepancy between the "progress app" and the staff's assessments. Despite the app showing our kids had met the necessary benchmarks, management repeatedly insisted they "needed more time" on basic skills. This created a stagnant loop that felt more about extending tuition cycles. Policies & Make-up Classes The handling of make-up classes was the final straw. While the facility initially promises flexibility with make-ups to secure your enrollment, they make it nearly impossible to actually schedule them. When we attempted to utilize our accrued credits, we were met with resistance and instead pressured to pay for additional private lessons. It is truly a shame to see a place with such potential treat long-term clients this way. We are excited to move to a new location where we hope our children will finally receive the instruction and respect they deserve. If you are looking for a program that values progress over profit, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

They were easy and pleasant to work with to get the classes set up. We had our first class today. I attended the class today as well. Our teacher was professional and personable. We did 30 minutes in class room. and then 90 minutes in the pool. I personally deal with some sensory issues and i was able to work through them and was personally very happy with my experience. The girls that were able to go today also all really enjoyed themselves! What a great experience! I can't wait for my other girls to be able to try it. Julie was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to make us all feel comfortable with the variety of skills we needed to know to safely dive for the first time. I felt very prepared from the pool sessions she led to be able to do my open water certification and sessions out in Hawaii. I wasn't able to finish out my certification through Ocean First due to time constraints, but the Dive Instructor out in Hawaii was incredibly impressed with my proficiency underwater, stating that if I hadn't been signed up for the course, they would have assumed I was a much more experienced diver. I lend much of that to the great instruction I had here in the pool. I cannot recommend the course enough and certainly suggest everyone who wants to learn to dive to stop by.

Waterworks was my third and final shot for swim lessons. To say Tyler is a godsend is an understatement! Tyler worked on building trust with her and making her feel safe in the water. No matter how much she cried, Tyler never gave up on her. Without Tyler's patience, kindness, and support, our toddler would not have made the progress that she made. Fast forward six months, Tyler has taken her from a frightened baby to a toddler that loves to jump in the pool and swim under water. We can't say enough good things about Waterworks and all the staff. They are genuinely invested in the progress of your child and it shows with every lesson. The studio is dimly lit, which is great because you don't feel like all eyes are on you even if you are using light weights or going slower than others. I have never been a fan of treadmills but the short drills of differing times, speeds, and inclines make the time go quickly. All of the trainers are genuinely friendly and encouraging. After just a few weeks, I feel so much stronger and have much more endurance. I feel much better in my own body. Love it!
