I originally went in thinking I would have to get my tooth removed due to financial concerns and honestly, fear of needing a root canal. Breezy took her time with me, reassured me, and encouraged me to save my tooth by getting the root canal and crown instead. Because of her, I spoke with the office manager and was able to get on a payment plan that worked for my budget while still getting started the same day. When I went to the back, Breezy literally held my hand while I was being numbed and never left my side. That meant more to me than she probably knows. Due the misdiagnosis, Dr. Long said she would do a root canal for no charge. While doing the root canal, Dr. Long damaged the crown on another tooth and without my knowledge she billed my insurance another $1,200. I was in their office twice a month for pain and discomfort. After $6,000 later, I saw a dental specialist who was able to correct my condition. My insurance said that I was over charged for the service received. I would not wish this nightmare on anyone.
