The X-rays were way more non invasive than other dental visits in my youth, and the tech was friendly, bubbly, and very careful to make sure I was comfortable. I love that you can see others while getting care, and it's hilarious to make eye contact with someone else while your mouth is stretched like a character from Beetlejuice. I laughed, a lot lol. My hygienist was a sweetheart, with an unmatched bedside manner. But my favorite part? Going over the recommended work (a root canal and cap for ya girl), and seeing the prices and not being forced to commit to anything. They even told me a way to avoid a root canal if it was too expensive, and how to care for my cavity until I was ready. Which I appreciated wholeheartedly! I read these comments from others and think if they're even talking about the same staff - or that they think waiting for a few minutes is a travesty. Dr. Fereg as well as Dr. Collier (who explained my procedure) are true professionals, caring, funny, and EXTREMELY good at what they do. Dr. Fereg was, by far, the LEAST painful dentist I've ever been to in my life. I have many follow-ups to come, and hope the following appointments are as good as the first few. I will edit this in the future. But if you need serious dental work done - this is a great place to go!

The receptionist is friendly and the insurance coordinator is very friendly and competent. I like the semi-private rooms with glass walls. They are very punctual with the appointment times. They accommodated me when I needed to reschedule in December. Just be aware the dentist does not do her own extractions. She has another dentist come in for that, which may be inconvenient. A later x-ray found that he left part of the root system in the gums.

We ended up rescheduling for when I was back from my vacation (3 weeks post phone call) since there wasn't a time where the exam and the cleaning could be done back to back. I went in today and did the new patient exam and then was pulled out to talk about billing + insurance stuff. I asked how long the cleaning would take (about an hour) and then realized I probably had to reschedule a meeting with one of my coworkers. While I was doing that, the receptionist asked when I was free for the cleaning? Hello? I thought I scheduled the cleaning for 2 pm and told her so and she responded with "You must've spoken to Ashley." I'm not sure who works in the office but I feel like everyone should be able to talk to each other if they work in the same building... From Day 1 the staff was extremely polite, professional and make you feel welcome. I ended up actually doing Invisalign through them and a year later my teeth are as straight as they have ever been and my smile has totally changed. This place starts with a great view out the window - since that might be a bit to bright in the Sunshine state, they give you a pair of shades to protect you from the rays and any splashes. Dr. Dhall is a quiet man, nice guy, but I've never had any treatment from him yet. The star as far as I'm concerned is Sierra. Her hygienist skills are out of this world: always mindful and sensitive, she gives the sense that she's on YOUR side, both in the chair and out of it. I'm reconsidering my insurance options for next year, and THIS is going to enter into the calculus. Heck - I might come back even if I'm going to pay out-of-pocket! She's THAT good. My only 'complaint' (made tongue-in-my-badly-bitten-cheeks) - give us Colgate Total as our takeaway, please, not that useless Optic White nonsense :-D
