Located in the very busy shopping center in Centennial, this location was not at all busy when we arrived, and they have decent parking. The counter girl greeted us immediately, which was nice, however, when we told her we were there for a dine and donate, she asked us if we knew how it worked, then proceeded to tell us we needed to tip on the credit card machine and the tip money would go to the fundraiser. Wait a hot minute - in that case, I told her we would just donate at the school, because the only reason we came in was to support. My husband asked for the manager, because that was some fishy stuff. The manager came out and cleared it up, retraining the employee as to how dine and donate works, but it still left a bad feeling with me, hence the 4 stars. The food was good - fresh and hot, but they don't have sweet potato tots anymore (shows how long since I've visited a Smashburger) and that was always my go-to. We did the bacon burger and fries. Nothing too fancy, but the bacon was crisp, which is my fav. We probably won't return to this location, unless there's another fundraiser for our school, but it wasn't because of the food. The smash fries were a bit oily and soggy, I would've liked for it to be more crispy and less oily. Also, the container wasn't full all the way. Located in a strip mall across from Trader Joe's. Plenty of parking and sometimes it can be a challenge to find a spot especially during peak hours and weekends but you'll find one. I usually order through their app to save time. Never fails and my order is always ready ontime. Food tastes great whether it's red meat or poultry. You can use the app to customize your order. I recently stopped by Smashburger because they had an deal on their classic Smashburger, $4.99 for a single classic smash. My husband and I ended up picking up a to-go order placed online through their website for lunch on a Wednesday. Ordering online was seamless and we were able to add the coupon code with no issues. This location is off of the Ann/95 exit. There is plenty of parking spaces available. The restaurant is next to Yogurtland and Trader Joes. Picking up the order was a breeze. The food travelled well. You could tell that it wasn't sitting out for too long as the meal was still hot when we got back home. The Classic Smashburger was scrumptious. It was perfectly cooked with crispy edges. The burgers are large though! I had it for lunch and was so full that I couldn't eat dinner later! My husband enjoyed his classic smash with 2 patties. It was messy though with all of the toppings. We had left over french fries for the next day. The smashfries were good. It had a lot of rosemary flavoring. The sweet potato fries warmed up well in the air fryer the next day! Since it's been a few years since I ordered Smashburger, the one item that was missing off the menu that I enjoyed getting was the fried pickles! I miss those! The drink machine had multiple options out of syrup. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad and when it finally got to me the employee (to no fault of his own) told me "we don't have any forks, do you want a spoon" (I appreciate an offer of accommodation of the employee) but the restaurant should have told me there was no way of me eating my food when I ordered. The staff was friendly and the food was amazing, however, time management on the service of the food good use some tweaking. My husband got his burger about 10 minutes before I received my 6 chicken wings so he ate by himself and I ate by myself. When he asked them why the wings were taking so long, they said they take longer to cook and he suggested they wait until they're almost done before making a burger that doesn't take as long to cook so that the food can come out closer in time together. Ruth was patient with my ordering as I had to contact the family to confirm a menu choice. She never treated me like I was a burden. Upon receiving my food I tasted a few fries (that I didn't order for myself, yes in a French fry bandit). By far the best fries I've had this year. So much so I ordered more to replace the ones I sniped. Four minutes later I'm in the car headed home munching on fries. The fries were super salty (just how I like). Maybe a tad too much for my family (or not because they consumed 95% of them but made it clear they were on the saltier side). I never knew turkey burgers could be so good. I don't eat beef but the turkey burger here is seasoned well and tastes much like a beef burger. I was more than satisfied with my food but exceedingly impressed with Ruth. This franchise ain't as good as others. I got 4 onion rigs for $3.39, that's almost 1 per dollar. And they were over cooked without any finding of onion. There was a time, a few years ago, when Smashburger, and this store in particular, was our family's favorite burger joint. The selection was awesome, the food always excellent, and the store was bustline. Sadly, Smashburger has now dropped from our #1 spot to not even in the top ten. They revamped the menu a few years ago, making it much more streamlined, while also lowering the quality of their food. So fewer selections, and quality/size of burgers has dropped significantly. I would say now, Smash has become just another burger joint, not worth the price, as you can get similar quality elsewhere for a much cheaper price. It's not bad, just...not as good as it used to be. Perhaps if they reverted to their old menu, and upgraded the ingredient quality, it would once again take our top spot. For this most recent order. We ordered a couple of different types of burgers (classic smash and Bacon BBQ smash), a couple of orders of smash fries, and a milkshake. They were out of the chocolate milkshakes, which is what we wanted, so we ordered a generic vanilla. Good milkshake, but not what we were craving. The burgers were just okay, a little too salty, and nowhere near as big as they used to be, where the smashed patty would hang out over the edge of the bun. Now, they fit the bun, so again, just similar to other cheaper burger joints in the city. The fries were excellent though, but unfortunately, they don't offer sides of smash sauce online. We would definitely pay extra for those. All in all, it was just...fine. Nothing special, anymore. And that's too bad, they used to be the best. read more

I visited this located a week back and it did everything I needed it to do. It was a Sunday night and the place wasn't busy so I was able to place my order and get it fairly quickly. My only actual complaint is that for some reason the employee who put the french fries in the bag thought it was a smart idea to put one of them completely upside down.....like, what? Moving on, I got the Double Bacon Smash Burger and although it's not the best burger in the world, it's a solid double with good flavour and good bacon, which is really all I could ask for. I got the basic french fries with my meal and they did just fine, they also have a seasoned version but I wasn't feeling it. Overall, Smashburger does what Smashburger does and that's enough for me. I was in and out pretty quickly, the resteraunt was clean, the food tasted good, and minus one crew member pouring one of my fries upside down (seriously though, what is the thought process behind this?) I enjoyed my burger and that's all I wanted to do. This place isn't the cheapest, but it's certainly worth it in my eyes. read more

My family and I stopped by the Centennial location today for some juicy burgers and it did not disappoint! Every Wednesday this location offers a free kids meal with a regular meal purchase (burger/chicken strips, fries/tots and a drink). Had a blast with, Tera our cashier. She was so personable and down to earth and very accommodating. Whoever hired her is very lucky to have her as a team member to this location. She is a true asset to Smash Burger. Now, back to the food. The burgers give In N Out a good run for their money they are super juicy and seasoned perfectly, kudos to the chef! The fries and tots are delicious. Atmosphere: We came around 7:30pm and the restaurant was very dirty. There was trash all over the tables that was not cleaned up and the floor was filthy. There was a bunch of napkins and straw wrappers on the floor. I immediately changed my mind about eating at the restaurant. Service: We were kindly greeted by the only person in front of the store. We were the only ones in line and she asked us to wait while she makes 6 milkshakes. After making the milkshakes she proceeds to help the take out orders. After handling take out orders there was food at the window so she starts bagging a few orders. It's a bit unacceptable to make a customer wait 20 minutes to order at the counter when they are the only ones in line and one of three customers in the store.
