Disappointed in my pedicure today. I told the gentleman I was in a hurry and asked if they had time…read moreto do 2 quick pedicures for myself and my husband. The man said sure. He seats my husband and myself in the pedi chair and then goes and gets on his cell phone. One gentleman with a beard starts my husbands pedi and is halfway finished and the other man is still on the phone. He started mine and I had to ask and tell him 3 times to please cut my toe nails short because I'm wearing boots tomorrow and then he left them rough and some pointed and sharp by the way he cut them. He did a nice job painting my toe nails and he gave me a nice massage. I showed my family the bottom and sides of my feet were rough and still calloused. I had asked him to make them soft and remove callouses & from wearing flip flops. I'm very disappointed in the man who did my pedi. If I were to ever return I would try the guy with the beard.

I have never really been to a spa/nail place so I don't know what one normally should be like…read more However, I know for a FACT that they should not be like this!!! It was very very painful when they filed my nails, and I was told my acrylic nail polish was fully dry and could leave. However when something barely tapped it the polish wrinkled and ruined that nail. My bestie went with me (it was my bday) and they made her bleed when they filed her nails. Bad experience for sure!
