Im guessing buainess was slow that day and two of the employees at the front desk spent the entire 45m we were there trash talking other people. Not classy. Not professional. Thats definitely not what you want to experience when you are in a place of business. Such a shame those ladies left a bad buzz in our ears so we've taken our business elsewhere. 5 stars for Rosemary but 2 for the business itself.

As a person with naturally curly hair it's sometimes hard to find someone who knows how to cut it…read moreproperly and who I trust to listen to me about the way my hair behaves and what works best. From the time I called to make my first appointment I felt at ease. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and quick to recommend 2 of her hairdressers who are good with curly hair and I booked an appointment with Raven. On the day of my appointment I was greeted offered coffee or water and seen in a reasonable amount of time. Raven was fantastic from the scalp massage while she washed my hair all the way through the blow out at the end. She listened to my concerns and told me exactly what she wanted to do. I waited a few days to write my review because I leave the salon blown out straight and of course looking fabulous but for me the true test is a day or two later when I do my own hair and wear it curly. Sure enough my hair looked great and I'm beyond pleased with my new salon! Let me start by saying I never leave negative reviews, but this is a review years in the making…read more.. Megan treats customers like garbage! She did a terrible baliage on my teenage daughter two years ago; looked like I did it with a paint brush and my eyes closed. She came home crying after spending $300+ on it and seeing how bad it really was. I called and asked if it could be fixed by just making it all dark. I didn't want my daughter to have to feel embarrassed. We actually paid to have her hair colored to a single color to correct the mess. Fine, problem solved, or so we thought. Today, my daughter walks in and asks to have some small pieces on the underside of her hair lightened as much as possible for prom. Megan proceeds to tell her that's not possible because it will take ten years for her hair to grow out because she is always dying it black. Not to mention she is a liability because she changes her mind about everything. Apparently her hair won't lighten and anyone who says it will knows nothing about hair. But, if she could do it, it would cost upwards of $400. What she did offer was human hair extensions that would start at $700. My 17-year-old is very non confrontational but was appalled at the treatment and very aware she was being scammed. I will never utter a good word about this place again. If you decide to go... Good luck!

I've been taking care of ill family for a long time now, and - as many of you know - caretaking tends to lead to not-taking-care of one's self. I am no exception to this, and I woke up on the 20th of June, 2018, realizing I needed to do something for *me*, or I was going to go jump out a window and use the broken glass to cut my own d*mn hair, thank you. Happily, I did not do that. Instead, when I found myself with a little extra time, I called them to see if they could take me in the next 15 minutes. They could, so I went. I got Cecelia. Cecelia is *awesome*. I went in there stressed out, rushed, tired, and just in need of something. I left calmed, relaxed, with shaped, and with an absolutely adorable haircut that just does what I want. It's long enough to tie back (a necessity), but it's got long layers and a cute shape that just makes it bouncy, fun, and playful without me having to spend time styling it. I'm uploading a few photos so you can see them. I am DEFINITELY coming back to this place. Thank you, Cecelia, for a terrifically relaxing afternoon - and for a 'do that rocks.
