I tried to make an appointment multiple times throughout the snowstorm mid February because I had…read morethe hair stylist Carlee recommended to me. She wasn't in those days, which I don't hold against her, the snow was brutal. However, I had 2 notes left on her desk throughout the snowstorm to call me back so I could book an appointment. She called back on February 18th and I expressed that I was going to be available from the 18th of February to March 6th from 2:00 pm to your closing time- I work mornings but start trade school on the 7th for nights and wanted to have a fresh haircut for my first day. We agreed on today (March 4th) at 4:00 P.M. I came in today just for her to insist that she had texted March 4th would be a good time and I had not gotten back to her- which is simply not the case. My girlfriend and I were together on speakerphone with her as we set it up. She recognized what we were there for immediately and then told us it wasn't on her schedule, so she wouldn't do it. When I said there's no worries, everyone makes mistakes and we can just reschedule it she insisted that I hadn't even called her in the first place and she wouldn't be able to get me in for another 3 weeks. Overall just very upset that I waited two weeks for an appointment just to be cheated out when I could have had it done somewhere else.
