I told the stylist I wanted a bob. Shorter in back than the front. I didn't want to lose any length in the very front as I was letting the bangs grow out. She asked how much I wanted off the bottom which was longer than the hair from the top. Yes Kat cut the approved amount off the bottom. Let me add I wear glasses and had taken them off so I could really see what she was cutting. I couldn't see her cut the hair that grows from the top. I wanted hair that blends nicely. Kat cut my hair in such a way the top is cut so much shorter than the bottom that it kicks the bottom into a flip. The opposite of what I wanted. I have fought not to cut my hair this way all my life. I can't do anything with it. My decent pony tail catching all but the very front is now a stub that leaves the top layers loose. I am so unhappy I want to cry every time I look in the mirror. Thing is if I go back the only thing they can do to correct the cut is to cut the bottom shorter. And a years of growth is gone. I will not be going back. It will be a long time before I get it cut again.

I tried to make an appointment multiple times throughout the snowstorm mid February because I had…read morethe hair stylist Carlee recommended to me. She wasn't in those days, which I don't hold against her, the snow was brutal. However, I had 2 notes left on her desk throughout the snowstorm to call me back so I could book an appointment. She called back on February 18th and I expressed that I was going to be available from the 18th of February to March 6th from 2:00 pm to your closing time- I work mornings but start trade school on the 7th for nights and wanted to have a fresh haircut for my first day. We agreed on today (March 4th) at 4:00 P.M. I came in today just for her to insist that she had texted March 4th would be a good time and I had not gotten back to her- which is simply not the case. My girlfriend and I were together on speakerphone with her as we set it up. She recognized what we were there for immediately and then told us it wasn't on her schedule, so she wouldn't do it. When I said there's no worries, everyone makes mistakes and we can just reschedule it she insisted that I hadn't even called her in the first place and she wouldn't be able to get me in for another 3 weeks. Overall just very upset that I waited two weeks for an appointment just to be cheated out when I could have had it done somewhere else.

I was in this salon two days ago and I haven't had the chance to really straighten my hair since I…read moregot it trimmed. I went in thinking "no one can mess up a trim that bad can they?" Well this lady did. I was rushed in. She shampooed my hair and was going so fast it hurt went she knocked the sprayer against my head and then she ran me over to the chair. I thought the place was busy but it was just the lady's family sitting around talking. She rushed through combing my hair and caught my earrings every pass. When I told her she parted my hair on the wrong side she said it "didn't really matter" and she proceeded to quickly chop the ends off. And chop is an understatement. My hair is incredibly blunt now and there are random chops of hair that do not blend in with anything and the layers are way shorter than I asked for. I'm sure if she wouldn't have been trying to entertain her family she may have taken the time to do a good job. If not I'm not sure how she got hired let alone how she got her license. Needless to say I will not be back.
