Leigh at Salon Nouveau is a lifesaver…read more After having bad (and expensive) experiences at several other salons, I walked into Salon Nouveau and Leigh fit me in that very afternoon. She's quick, affordable, friendly, and I've never had a better hair cut. She's always been willing to squeeze me in on very little notice, too. I know that there are tons and tons of salons in the area, but I would recommend checking out Salon Nouveau before heading to the ritzier places. Your experience will most likely be much more positive.

So I took my cut to the other location in GP that doesn't even have a yelp?? where the manager and his top girl were unbelievable in customer service. While the shop was full, the sincerity was lacking greatly. the manager mocked and sneered and expressed his intensity about complications of honoring the redo. I just would have loved to feel taken care of but this was as if I were offending the business and overstepping in asking for a recut. So the girl was kind and did a "fix" by chopping away at different lengths and giving me the most random, upsetting hair cut a girl should never have to see. So if the managers of the local great clips see this, my message to you is that you shouldn't be the only ones who know how to cut hair semi decent. Come on. A haircut is where you the stylist create something nice for that very individual. Something socially acceptable, not chopped up. I'm done settling for less from your such business and have graduated to paying ANYTHING more, at a real salon.
