Getting a haircut is always a crapshoot is often a disaster. I called and got an appointment with Emily on her 2nd day there. She was great. She is also a really lovely person. I walked out of there with a GREAT haircut and that doesn't happen often. I am ecstatic. I highly recommend Emily
