I ever asked about this special when I booked and was told, "yes" I could use this special and get the dermal as a few adding. Nope! When I checked out I was giver a bill for $221 for a signature facial. My jaw dropped, the facial was nice but I was told $129. I asked about the special and was told that is for my next treatment. What?? That is not what I was told, nor does this special specify this. I added a picture of the special to show how that would not be how customers would interpret this special! Update: I was initially put off by them not having a way to reach anyone in the salon and the concierge number was no help. HOWEVER, when I emailed about my concerns I received a quick reply. I have a weird "shelf" thing that my hair does and Amanda let me come back to get it "fixed". She genuinely wanted me to love my hair and after the fix I absolutely do! (I have a third appointment scheduled already) From the moment you enter, you're addressed and dealt with in a professional manner. The massage area is off of the 'main' hair area so it's a quiet and relaxing experience. I've been to hair salons where their massage room is immediately off of the hair area - sometimes we get a little chatty and loud in the hair area, so I find that kind of a massage experience less-than-relaxing (I'm not complaining about the hair salon noise, please understand that is expected with the hair dryers and multiple people in the room). The massage area here has a door and a long hallway pulling you away from the noises of the hair area. It's decorated well and a soothing experience from the moment you step in to that side of the building. They offer a number of different services. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!
