The one stylist just looked up at me and went back to her conversation with her client. The other stylist was in the hair washing area so she didn't have a direct line of sight. I stood and waited 10 mins by the main desk and still was asked what I needed or be told 'I will be right with you'. Understandably certain hair styling procedures don't allow the stylist to walk away within mins, but to wait for 10 mins without any recognition is completely poor customer service! Needless to say, I left without purchasing a gift certificate. I will be telling my friend, who I was putchasi the gift certificate for, about the complete lack of customer service this salon has. First the price was unbelievably cheaper than any other place I've heard of. I went in with the idea of partial highlights to save a little cash. When she quoted me the price of all over highlights which I never dreamed would be in my price range I was completely stoked. Still $50 cheaper than even Wal-Mart's salon. My stylist Diane suggested using 3 different shades of blonde. Great idea. I went for it. The other stylists were just as friendly n willing to conversate. My highlights turned out even better than I expected. Actually to my surprise after being used to one amazing stylist for19 years back home I have to give props where props are due my highlights are hands down the best my hair has ever looked. I can't stop looking in the mirror n trying different hairstyles n taking so many pictures. I have never received so many compliments in a 24 hour period. I am more than satisfied n pleased with Diane's work especially for the price. I have never written any type of review before but Diane deserves the publicity n recognition.
