Matt's a very nice guy to deal with and very knowledgeable in what he does super nice guy. ..Nope not here .this is my second time with Stoage mart over the years first time was my house I stored in the big white cubes .Best solution ever back then .Today I've decided ill soon be leaving Storagemart and decided to leave a review .I've enjoyed my short stay here but in all honesty. ITS the the high rate that's causing me to need to move this time unfortunately , what was going to be a short term rental is now heading into a later then planned stay till April and the price has just gone up here . So I'm going to leave and go to a unit that is comparible to size and closer to my location and more affordable then what I'd be paying now due with increase . They were a little late on the move date but showed up READY TO WORK. I highly recommend Hills Movers! Four guys showed up with two big trucks--as promised. They worked diligently and got it all done in 8 hours. They are friendly--funny even; yet professional The pricing is incomparable too. I joked around with the office staff if this was a scam but it wasn't. Overall, a great experience!

I ended up using Mackie through Home Depot. They utilize them as a 3rd party delivery/installation…read moreservice. I have nothing against their delivery men. They were friendly when I interacted with them. The problem I have with Mackie's service is that they left us stranded with the machine they delivered smack in the middle of our living room with very little wiggle room. All we were looking for was a little compassion and empathy where we didn't have the right parts because we were supplied with the wrong parts by Home Depot. During their first two service calls, there was no knock on the door, doorbell ring, or phone call to signal that they were here for delivery and we "missed" it. Therefore, by the time they delivered it, it was considered a "special" run just for us but was unnecessary overall had everything originally gone to plan. They were not willing to wait past the end of their day until we could procure the right parts from our local Home Depot (an extra 15 minutes overall). I wouldn't recommend them based on how they did not help us out in our situation and we are now without a working washer/dryer. I hope this reaches the right people so that this family run business can take a good hard look as to how some of their clients are treated. For an organization the promotes how their employees take pride in their work....I fail to see it.

Worst customer experience of my life…read more They were supposed to deliver & install a drier from Home Depot a month ago and never showed up. The installation had to be scheduled for 2 weeks later. That day, they never showed up (The driver apparently went to the wrong address AND called the wrong phone number) They rescheduled for 2 days later, we waited all day and still nothing. We are waiting for our FOURTH time to get this drier. I can't get a hold of anyone at the company, I'm put on hold for 10 minutes then it goes to voicemail. After a whole week of calling, they left me a message saying to call a different number which is disconnect. Terrible service. Unreliable. Utterly Dishonest. 0 Stars. Do NOT order aplliances from home depot in Toronto as long as they use this company.

We hired Andrea to move us from Ontario to Nova Scotia. She…read moresubbed out our job without telling us to someone she claimed was 'her' driver but in actuality she had no idea who he was. From the very beginning of this to the end it was so terrible for us. Many sleepless nights because of this company. After speaking with 'her' driver and confirming that she gave up the job to him he also provided me with texts messages back and forth between them and her dealings and how to get as much money from us as possible. Eventually our things showed up with no help from Andrea what so ever ( she wanted to help and by help I mean charge us a lot more ) I can't help think that this was all planned. Anyways our stuff finally arrived after being picked up from Andreas storage unit and so many things damaged and many many items missing. I've reached out to her with no luck and I'm assuming she will read this and give some BS response. Be careful ppl she is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Also the movers she uses are hired from others and very sketchy. She will claim she is damn near 100% accurate with her quote and I can assure you she is very far from it. My fate has been sealed this is just a warning to others. There are lots of movers out there, don't be fooled by this company and especially Andrea
