It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

They kindly donated a unit for my charity for youth, then, one day months later, when we went there to get some of our school posters, all our stuff in the locker was GONE! Wall-to-wall! They had cleaned out the entire unit --first they said they needed it for another client and claimed they didn't have our phone number (which, of course they did; as everyone has a file there, plus the charity is online with our contact info), then they switched their story and said someone broke into our unit (and took tonnes of documents and posters? We don't think so). Verrry strange. An elderly woman who lives there opened the door to her small apartment in there and told us that, then shut the door and disappeared. No explanation, no compensation. A very unethical, irresponsible company. DONT use them if you don't want to risk losing your worldly goods, your business or your life-savings.

Can you believe she even gave me a coffee and a donut, I plan to go back for lunch(LOL) and sign my deal. They have this space which is called flex office where you can rent an office and do work....I may have to tell my husband that is working at home to go and get out of my hair. I am looking at getting a gift certificate for him for the new year (great christmas/holiday idea to get your spouse out of the HOUSE).

We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for.
