There are plenty of other stores: restaurants, ice cream, banks, Bulk Barn, Goodwill, etc. None of stores are huge because they are located across the street at huge "The Pen" shopping mall. All stores have outdoor entrances; ie, they are not enclosed in a large mall building. The business hours are reasonable for St. Catharines. There are two entrances to the mall, at the east and west ends. There has always been enough parking, including accessible spots, in the mall. 95% of the time, I've been there on a Sat or Sun. There are so many shopping malls along Fourth Avenue that it seems they are running out of creative…read morenames! This outdoor mall is the newest mall and opened in 2019. There are approximately 125,000 square feet of retail space. The biggest retailer is Farm Boy. Other big retailers are Princess Auto, PenFinancial Credit Union, Effort Trust, Sherwin Williams Paints. There are many restaurants like KFC, Mucho Burrito, Firehouse Subs, Mr Mikes SteakhouseCasual, and Starbucks. Other retailers are dentists, nail salon, hair salon, and pottery painting. There are quite enough parking spaces. Certainly places have their own dedicated parking: Farm Boy, Mr Mikes, PenFinancial. I went this past weekend to shop at the Outlet Collection in Niagara…read more It's right across from White Oaks Spa and Resort and can't be missed off the QEW It wasn't too busy the day we went as it was during winter and it was a cold day It gets really busy in the summer so do watch out for the crowds The selection of the stores they have is right up my alley All my faves like Aritizia, Aerie, MK, Old Navy just to name a few They even have there now Craig's Cookies which are so yummy I got a lot of good deals that day Ended up getting some tops at Aerie and got my man a cologne I haven't been able to find in such a long time at Abercrombie & Fitch Staff at all the stores are friendly and let you know of their deals Will always be a stop of mine when going to Niagara

The other stores were just honestly too small and didn't have a lot for us to browse. Boring. We thought the Ikea was a regular Ikea, but it's more of a show room, so not much to see or buy here. There's lots here - Walmart, SAMs, Bed Bath Beyond, and my fav, Qdoba. They have lots more too. It also keeps getting new stores. This place is great for things that are not in the outlet mall, but are still low cost things, no high end stores in this plaza. Tons of parking all around.

Sunglass hut was terrible. I tried asking a question about sunglasses when I realized both employees were stone faced watching me. Decent members of society that want to enjoy a day shopping do not need to be harassed in this manner. I guess it's true that the crime rate at this outlet mall has risen drastically. There's a Winners, Urban Planet, Foot Locker, Dollarama, Bluenotes, Claire's, Fortinos, Sport Chek, and more. Eastgate Square has one of the bigger bus terminals in the city. Frequent departures will have you moving where you need to go in no time.

I didn't realize until I got to the drug store that this closest one to my hotel was a part of a shopping mall. I don't visit malls all that often these days because they are a death trap as far as time and spending go. I am a shopper at heart and can spent hours at one. It was exactly what I did last weekend. From the outside, you can certainly tell which part was the original mall and which wing is relatively new. I looked at the new wing and it looked like it was detached from the mall. Nope, you can walk every part of it indoors without freezing outside in the wintertime. The store has a good selection of stores. It has many of my favourites, such as Winners, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Showcase, DAVIDs Tea, SoftMoc, Showcase, and Shoppers Drug Mart. There are plenty of places to sit down if you are too pooped to shop. The target shopper seems to be folks 60 years of age and higher, which could explain all the places for folks to sit down, chat with friends, and enjoy a beverage. Although I'm not in that demographic, it sounds pretty good to me! Signs are clearly displayed to help guide you around the mall. There is free wifi if you do need to connect online. There is a food court. I didn't eat there, but there are many options to choose from. And, yes, there's a Timmy's to get your double-double fix on. I had lunch at Sunset Grill on my final day in Hamilton. It was Family Day and this mall was closed. However, Sunset Grill has its own entrance at this mall, so I was happy to have lunch here. I used one of the women's washrooms at this mall last Saturday. It was clean and maintained frequently. It's a good mall if you want something smaller than Lime Ridge Mall, but has pretty much everything you need. I'd return to shop here again. (76)
