The location at 600 Ontario St has the worst staff I have ever dealt with. I have been going there for years and they have repeatedly lied to me at the pharmacy. They forget to deliver my meds on a regular basis. When they do, half of the time it's the wrong one. They will tell you that something won't cost money but when you get there, they charge you anyway. Also, when you call, it will ring 4 times and if no one picks up, you automatically get put on hold and no one ever answers. The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone at least half of the time. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I tried to give them no stars but it's forcing me to give them one. I give this location ZERO STARS. read more

A very nice location with a huge layout, and fully stocked shelves. We went there for a flu shot today and found the pharmacy staff very friendly. They seemed to welcome any questions. They are very knowledgeable and efficient at doing things for you. read more

Convenient 24h. Large parking lot. It even has a wheelchair for those who need it. This is a typical Shoppers with all the expected sections. They also sell lottery tickets here. There are 3 self-serve checkout kiosks. The staff are young and courteous. read more

Wanted to purchase two sour creams that had been marked down due to a close due date. One had $1.50 coupon sticker on it, and the second had clearly had the $1.00 sticker ripped off and the 0.50 one was still on. I took them both to the cashier (Katrina) expecting to have $1.50 off each one, but she said she couldn't give me the extra $1 off the second one because the sticker "wasn't there" even though both items had the same due date and the edges of the sticker that been torn off were there. I didn't say anything at first but then mentioned that this doesn't make much sense, and she said she "can't do anything about it". She asked me if I still wanted both and I said no, and then she proceeded to rudely slam the other one over onto the other side of the counter. It's the principle of the situation. This is stupid and unprofessional. Glad this isn't my usual location. read more

4.5 This Shoppers is open 24 hours which has saved me a few times. They also have the BEST selection of make up. From Benefit, to Smashbox, to Quo, to Lancome, to Stila. This Shoppers has way more than the rest. It's the closest thing to Sephora without going over the border. I've gotten Sidekicks from here for a dollar before. Convenient location and close to Wendy's lol. My favourite spot to shop for make up in the city. read more

Came here to use the postal service. Very convenient the shoppers offer the postal service instead. Postal service prices were a bit outrageous though. Had to send mail to the states and options to send were limited. Store is clean, staff were present. Entrances to plaza is a bit inconvenient but that can be fault if the city design of the plaza. Shoppers is definitely a go to for your various personal needs. read more
