He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

I took pictures of the broken tree limbs, sent them to the company, received a quote, date set, so far so good. They came out & removed all but one of the dangling branches. When I questioned the worker he stated he didn't have the right equipment to do the one & would be back the next day. (the worker later denied saying that). I waited several days, nothing. When I finally called the company they said they hadn't seen the limb I was talking about in the pictures I sent them. I resent the pictures with the limb circled. He said he never saw that & if he did, the quote would have been more!! Very poor business practice. Even if he "didn't" notice it, he could have said it was an oversight & removed it! Funny, I could almost feel his arrogance through the email! How dare I question him! I see that I'm not the only one dissatisfied with the company.

I admit I was excited about using lawn doctor for our lawn based on the reviews. I prepaid for a…read morefull year of fertilization as well as soil samples, sulphuric treatments and fungicide treatments. The lawn looked great in the spring but started to suffer from the prolonged hot summer dry period. The lawn developed multiple dead patches and fungus. I did have fungicide treatments done in the Spring, but these didn't fully stop the dead patches. Lawn Doctor promptly came to my house to inspect the condition of the lawn and said that the lawn needed an aeration and overseeding service to fix the dead patches. Given the investment I had already made in fungicide treatments, they are doing both services at no additional cost. I do appreciate them being responsive and making this right with me and I am not sure many other lawn service companies would necessarily do that.

Bruno hit the ground running as he walked around our house, correctly identified every plant in the various gardens and made suggestions on what should be done to achieve "best landscaped house in the neighborhood." (That's my quote, not his.) He explained why he made certain suggestions - not just giving one of those, "Just take my word for it" lines to increase the cost of his services. We were pleasantly surprised when his quote was within $100 of the other quotes we got - but with the addition of a few more perks like the installation of two basement window wells. It is clear that Bruno loves what he does and does not take his customers for granted. He is one of an extremely rare breed of landscapers who actually answers his calls on his cell, and in one of those few times he didn't, he returned the call within a few hours. Emailed him today no response. Wife has been pulling out the crabgrass and putting topsoil and seed in now as he wont do what he said he would do.
