He said to give him until Monday to get an estimate to me. Monday came and went, so I emailed to follow up. Someone responded, saying he was working 12 hour days, and that she would get back to me. Well, that was 4 days ago, and I haven't heard anything back. I understand that landscapers this time of year are extremely busy, but it doesn't cost anything to follow up and tell a potential customer you need extra time vs. ignoring them and making them wonder if you want their business. As much as I liked him and felt he would do a good job, I hired someone else because I don't think they run an organized operation.

We have used this company for many years, and never have we been disappointed. We recently had a…read morenew driveway installed, and the contractor managed to destroy every head on the one side and a few others around the new concrete. We were expecting the worst news from the technician that came out to repair it. Instead he was able to fix everything without tearing out our lawn! He did an amazing job of fixing it all, and replacing the grass, in a short amount of time. We couldn't be happier with the staff and service of this company. We would highly recommend them for irrigation needs.

Noah, the excellent maintenance service representative who always takes care of my lawns, apologized to me, telling me that this was not a very good day for him. I totally understood, because Noah has always been very kind, polite, and courteous, always answering any questions I have. And how many of us have had an "off" day now and then?
