So we were able to park higher floors with many open spaces. Elevator on the East side was clean as was the parking area. Looks nice and saw uniformed security patrols on several floors as we entered and exited. We were charged $7 and there were 3 exit lanes, so no wait at 5 pm. We paid before going up to the car, so exiting was just a stub scan. If the spaces were a bit wider, it would have been 5 star from us.

There were remnants of broken windows in multiple spaces. There are plenty of security signs but in no way does this garage feel secure. We never saw any monitoring and the booth remained empty during our time there. The spaces are quite small and difficult to navigate. At $6 for a weekend space it looks like a bargain but it comes with far too many risks to be worth it. The place needs a pressure washing and active security in place moving forward. Without these, I won't be returning.

CHEAP. Today will be the last time I use this garage. The attendant was not on site when I arrived this morning, so I took the liberty of parking myself in the spot I had been parking in for the past few weeks. (I assumed there was some type of organization). When I arrive promptly after work to pick up my car I see the attendant and woman near my car. It would appear the other person had be stuck behind my car. Normally I would apologize and move my car immediately, but the attendant blurted out "I'll have your car towed next time!". I tell him I paid for parking and his rude response was "I don't care if you paid. I only car about keys!" I get into my car and start to leave and the man walks up to my window and and tells me " you don't have to park here" and then he proceeds to ask me to get out of my car... I can not believe that City Parking pays someone to be so rude to a repeat customer. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a parking garage. Worst time and last time I will use their services. In my opinion it is worth paying for street parking or looking for a garage with better reviews.
