Buc-ee's has done it again! I grabbed both the brisket sandwich and the BBQ sandwich on my first…read morestop on this road trip, and they were on fire !! The brisket sandwich was loaded with thick, juicy slices of perfectly smoked brisket that was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of smoky bark. The bun held up without getting soggy, and the subtle sauce complemented the meat without overpowering it. The paper wrapping that the sandwich was in is now a different story. The wrapping itself does not hold up to the heat, the hot sauces and the fabulous sliced meat. The paper inside wrapping kinda fell apart on the sandwhich and i spent more time peeling pieces off the meats. Hands down though one of the best gas station briskets I've ever had. The BBQ sandwich was equally impressive -- sweet, tangy pulled pork (or chopped beef?) with a perfect balance of smoke and seasoning. It was messy in the best way possible, packed with flavor, and left me completely satisfied. For any road trip food, this is next-level. Fresh, hot, and way better than most BBQ joints I've tried. If you're at Buc-ee's, do yourself a favor and get both -- you won't regret it! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10 would stop in again on my next drive through Texas/Mississippi/Florida & Alabama!

What do you get when you cross a gas station with Disney World? You get Buc-ee's. Actually, scratch…read morethat. You get the Disney World of gas stations... if Disney had 100 gas pumps, brisket carving stations, and a beaver mascot judging your snack choices. I pulled in thinking I'd grab a quick fill up and maybe a sad bag of chips. Rookie mistake. This place is the size of a small country. You don't "stop" at Buc-ee's. You commit to it. First off, the pumps. There are so many pumps you start wondering if they're preparing for the apocalypse. No waiting, no nonsense, just pull up and go. Then you walk inside and it hits you. This is not a convenience store. This is a full blown experience. It's like Walmart, a barbecue joint, and a souvenir shop had a very successful child. And then you hear it... "Fresh brisket on the board!" That's not an announcement. That's a call to action. The barbecue is legit. Not "good for a gas station" good. Just straight up good. The turkey sandwich is my go to, piled high and paired with those fresh cooked chips that disappear faster than your willpower. You walk in thinking snack. You walk out with a full meal and possibly a dessert you didn't plan on. Now let's talk about the walls. Not shelves. Walls. Wall of jerky. Wall of trail mix. Wall of fountain drinks. It's like they asked, "How much is too much?" and then doubled it. The store is spotless. And I mean spotless. The bathrooms deserve their own five star review. I've seen hotel bathrooms that should take notes. Then there's the gift shop. Because of course there is. T-shirts, hats, random stuff you didn't know you needed but suddenly can't live without. And somewhere in the middle of it all, a giant beaver mascot casually walking around like this is completely normal. Service is fast, friendly, and somehow still efficient despite the chaos of people wandering around in snack-induced awe. Great food. Great prices. Endless selection. More gas pumps than logic would suggest. Five stars all day. Honestly, if Buc-ee's started selling tickets, I'd consider a season pass.

Sure we all have bad days, but if his bad days are out weighing his good days, maybe he need to chose a different career. I wanted to give him the benefit of doubt that's why I didn't report him sooner. However, this last incident put the icing on the cake for me. And I'm sure if I notice this type of nonsense from a manager, others have also witness or have been a victim to this behavior as well. I've called and left a message on your corporate office voice mail to return my call @ #407-***-**** or my email at anytime. Enough is enough with this type of disrespect to our communities! We're spending our hard earned money patronizing these big name companies and we can't receive as much as a simple hello, a smile or respect from your employees working in our communities! Nevertheless, I'm expecting to hear from your corporate office concerning this matter. Further details will be discussed, and hopefully recorded during our verbal communication. Thanking you in advance!

The last time I was here (it's been months) I ended up putting my merchandise on the floor and leaving after waiting in line for close to 20 minutes with little movement. The wait for a gas pump can be just as grueling. But the biggest disappointment is how disgustingly dirty this place stays. I assume they have no management based on the constant eye sore status this place has achieved. It really doesn't take much for a business to get someone out with a pressure washer and put a little effort in. And that's all I'm asking, is this place get a manager and put some damn effort in.

El cheapo 2 actually absolutely disgusting. I deliver food part time and I had an order to deliver…read moreto this place for, I believe the owner. He put his name down as Roy did not tell me that it was a convenient store and did not tell me that he would be inside at the register. I had a gentleman walk up to me as I'm getting out of my car and realizing that it is in fact, a convenient store but looked like a trash dump. I asked the man that was walking out to me if he ordered DoorDash and if so, what was the name when he said I don't know I assumed it was not for him and I should go inside. The owner was watching me on camera and when I walked in he began to talk to me like I was the most disgusting, piece of crap, non human being, WOMAN that he's ever seen. He accused me of handing the man outside of the store, his food, which I never did. The man never touched his food at all. I've been doing this part-time for a while, so I know how to do my job. When his coworker told him that she tried to tell him to write in the directions on the delivery service, I work for, that I should go in the store and hand it to the clerk behind the counter, he cut her off and told her to shut the fu(* up. Like literally cussed at this woman as well, who WORKS for him. I proceeded to tell The owner, honestly, I hope he wasn't the owner, that he was very vague in his description and direction, and he proceeded to cut ME off and start cussing me out that I was a disgusting pig who was giving away his food to some crackhead outside. I have never in my life ever had that happen to me at a convenience store like that. It was extremely inappropriate, extremely embarrassing, for anyone that has any part of that store and the other store. I was in a pretty rough part of town so I mean I get that things like that happen there but I'm not from that part of town and I don't deal well with a grown man speaking to me like that. This guy had to be like 6',2" and I'm all of 5',3" and 120 pounds and he literally at one point came at me like he was going to put his hands on me because I refused to let him continue to cuss at me and not say anything to him I told him I wasn't his wife and I shouldn't have picked up his El cheapo order. I told him that next time he needs to put it in the directions that it's going inside the store because if he's going to let so-called crackheads hang out in front of the store because it's probably gonna happen again. I'm going to be very clear again that I never let that other man touch any part of his food, his cup or his bag that his food was in nothing was opened and nothing was touched. I explained to him that if he had that much of a problem with it and believed that that man touched all over his food that I would be glad to take it back and that he's more than welcome to call the delivery service and get a refund, but he said F you get the F out of my store. So I said, I guess you wanna keep the food that the crackhead touched all over is that what you're saying. He got in raged and that's when he began walking out to me with his arms out in an aggressive manner and I pulled my phone out. I wasn't acting like a Karen I was acting like a person who is being verbally emotionally and almost physically attacked over some chicken. After I pulled my phone out and he thought I was recording him which I did get some just no audio he started laughing and saying you're lucky. And again I reminded him that I was not his wife, or anyone that was going to tolerate being spoken to like that. Needless to say, I will never go back there whether it's to get some stale old candy or drop off another order. and I won't go back just because of how he spoke to me, but the racist comment that he made about the man outside. I used the words he used in a different context it wasn't just the word crackhead. There was another word in front of it. The outside of the store looked old and dirty. There was trash all over the place inside. You could hear dirt just rustling all over the floor and I didn't just walk right inside the door. I walked around the store because I was trying to find "Roy" to get his last name so that I could tell the company I work for that I will absolutely not deliver to that address or any address related to that name. But he was sitting behind the cigarette wall, eating his chicken and when he heard me asking for his name, he said get the F out of my store, or you're going to be sorry. The coworker that he verbally assaulted as well refused to tell me what his name was. Enabling behavior like that is absolutely disgusting as well . In my opinion, that store shouldnt be there I don't think it's up to code. And that is absolutely no way to run a business. I don't care what part of town it's in and I don't care what kind of stuff you deal with
