While in the gas station the rude cashier acted as if my husband was trying to steal items, as my husband couldn't carry everything while holding his coffee. As my husband had walked there and was dressed casually, he was treated poorly. You would think the young black male cashier wouldn't profile people, but such is the world today. While we continue our stay here in Pensacola we will go to other gas stations if we need coffee. My advice is to wear a suit if you want to be treated decently.

He advised me to stop by the next time I went to Pensacola. It took a while to remember that offer but I finally dropped by again and BOY, did they do me right! They cleaned my automobile in spectacular fashion. Adam was actually there and helped. They got the roof, inside, wheel wells......I mean, my car was shining and it had way more dirt and dust on it than the initial visit. And they did all of it for free. They really went above and beyond to rectify things from the first time. If I decide to get my car washed in Pensacola, I'm coming here. I appreciate all y'all did, Adam!

Wanted to get my car detailed because planning on selling soon. The wash was just through a hands free drive thru and obviously wasn't going to get everything but there were a lot of spots, bird poop, tar, and leaves in the window crack. There was also white liquid stuck to the side of all of my doors, like it wasn't wiped in properly. They left a towel on one of the floor mats and a bottle of liquid in the backseat. Part of the backseat wasn't vacuumed at all it looks like or shampooed. Wasn't very good service for $150. Could've done better myself for $10. Should've checked it over more at the place and complained.
