The wrapping itself does not hold up to the heat, the hot sauces and the fabulous sliced meat. The BBQ sandwich was equally impressive -- sweet, tangy pulled pork (or chopped beef?) with a perfect balance of smoke and seasoning. Now the out of business Checkers/Ralley's is where all the homeless people "Rally" & panhandle this corner at Cefco. It's nice during the day, but I won't come here at night as these four corners, at Palafax & Fairfield, are obviously still sketchy.
