Devon is now referring to him as someone I hired who could not do a good job and takes no responsibility for recommending equipment that failed. We worked diligently trying to get him to do the right thing and he ignored us, was rude and refused to return our money. My husband and I finally posted reviews of his theft and poor service. He responded saying I have mental and drug issues. Further, he threatened both of us...."I know where you live...karma is a bitch". We have reported him to the local police and are posting here in case he is foolish enough to bring harm to our house, Do not hire Devon unless you want to deal with a very disturbed young man who has no desire to treat his customers fairly and is merely in it for the money regardless of how he treats people.

Five minutes after replying I received a quote and commitment to install two TVs on Saturday. Vlad and Stasia text me 35 minutes before the installation appointment to alert me they were on the way. They arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism: they were courteous, well mannered, personable, knowledgeable and fully prepared with the necessary tools, supplies, blankets to lay the TVs on, and booties to cover their shoes. They messed with my system for over 3 years, and still can't make my systems work properly. The contract started at about $150,000 and wound up at about $300,000 after all of their additions. They are bad at automation and even worse at business. They have abandoned me and my system. Upon threat of a lawsuit, they have now advised me they are in a very distressed financial condition and cannot properly finish my system. My door locks are completely inop, motion sense lights completely inop, some blinds stuck down and inop, TV's and music work intermittently at best, network is intermittent at best. I will be replacing the entire system.
