Eight weeks later blind returned 3 inches too short!. They destroyed the blind trying to repair it! Installer claims that they would have to replace all blinds since color not available at $800 my cost. I said OK. Mid-November installer returns with damaged blind. Jason claimed that to file Warranty Discount with Hunter-Douglas a photo of the blind installed was required. I refused to be part of a fraud. Blind was not defective, it was damaged by Jason!

I was willing to pay to get it fixed, they came out and tried to fix it. I spoke to the owner and he told me that he reached out to the company and they were going to send him the charger. Nope. Its been now 7 months, I think Ive waited long enough to write this review. Funny thing is they were quick to give me quote to get new blinds on some of the windows I didnt do before. Once I turned it down because the price was a bit too high, I havent heard from them. I have so many emails back and forth with this company. I get not wanting to warrant the lifetime warranty because you purchase the company, but I cant open or close the blinds because they never followed back up. 7 months....could you imagine if i purchase the blinds they quoted me 7 months ago.

The gentleman I purchased the blinds from retired and sold the company to the Williamson family. I recently had a problem with a very large double blind in my dining room that has been called upon for service daily for the last four years. Other than a problem with the cord; the blinds still look brand new. The response was quick, friendly and professional, but the in-person service was extraordinary!! Sincerely. When Steve couldn't fix the problem, he decided to replace the blind. The new blind was installed today. The service was exceptional! There was NO question that my satisfaction was the most important concern. I recommend this business with complete confidence. This is a lovely family business, that treated me like family.
