And I know we made the right decision by contacting Debbie and Jay. They came to our home and within minutes they understood what blinds we wanted and we were happy with the price. Even the installation went smoothly ..... they worked as a team with Jay doing much of the actual installation and Debbie pitching in as needed. Four blinds were installed in no time. Once I turned it down because the price was a bit too high, I havent heard from them. I have so many emails back and forth with this company. When Steve couldn't fix the problem, he decided to replace the blind. The new blind was installed today. The service was exceptional! They came to my home with their fabric selections and I was able to choose a fabric fairly quickly. The new drapes came out beautifully! I did not want to have to replace all the decorative drapery rings and carriers but a few of my original ones were missing. Since the old ones were 7 years old, it was very difficult to find the exact matches, but Heike and Cliff worked diligently until they located the exact ones to match the old ones! I can't say enough about how responsive, caring, prompt helpful, professional, knowledgeable they are, and the communication was great. I am so happy with the results!

Eight weeks later blind returned 3 inches too short!. They destroyed the blind trying to repair it! Installer claims that they would have to replace all blinds since color not available at $800 my cost. I said OK. Mid-November installer returns with damaged blind. Jason claimed that to file Warranty Discount with Hunter-Douglas a photo of the blind installed was required. I refused to be part of a fraud. Blind was not defective, it was damaged by Jason!

It's taken me 5 yrs to post this review and obviously I should have posted it a long time ago. We…read moreordered plantation shutters for our windows and for a 3-door slider door for the patio. First, they didn't get our order correct. We ordered the "Hidden Tilt" and that's not what we received. We were told that's not what we ordered but we were able to prove we did with a copy of our order so we were reimbursed for that issue. They offered to not install and take them back to a shop to fix but after waiting weeks for delivery we decided to just keep what they delivered. The shutters for the windows were great. No complaints. My real complaint is with the shutters for the sliders. We have 3 wide glass door sliders and the company apparently doesn't know how to install them. The shutters are very heavy and need to be reinforced in the middle, which they didn't do so not only does our middle shutter sit0020on the floor, it's nearly impossible to slide. Because the top is slightly deflected or bowed in the middle, the two side shutters do not sit properly either. We have big daylight gaps in parts and overlap in other parts. They had to install the side frames out of plumb by 2 inches at the bottom than the top so daylight would not show to compensate for the bowed middle. After the first attempt at installation, they were horrendous and the installer said that was the best he could do. Quickly after the installation we called the company and complained. They sent the same installer again and he made them a little better but said we had to decide which horrible look we wanted and keep it that way. But the dragging on the floor panels got worse over time. My husband has been adjusting them as much as he can, which by the way the installer told us we would need to do. We've had it that way for almost 5 years and I just can't stand looking at it and not being able to use anymore. A few months ago, my husband called and asked about getting them fixed. We were told that since it's been 5 years it would cost $75 to have someone come and just look at them and then $75 per hour if we had them worked on. My husband pushed back but was told by the company that they've installed many of them in the last 5 years without any complaints. I find that hard to believe or they've actually learned how to install them in those past 5 years. Either way, they should at least send someone out to look at them and correct since they should be able to see in our record that we weren't happy. In my opinion these shouldn't be sold if they can't be installed properly so my warning is to not order these blinds from this company for wide slider plantation style shutters.
