I recently had a problem with a very large double blind in my dining room that has been called upon for service daily for the last four years. Other than a problem with the cord; the blinds still look brand new. The response was quick, friendly and professional, but the in-person service was extraordinary!! Sincerely. When Steve couldn't fix the problem, he decided to replace the blind. The new blind was installed today. The service was exceptional!
