She sized me and showed me all of what they offered in my size. She also said they could order and ship it to my house if my size was out. She assisted me in the fitting room area and gave me the 411 on how tight to have it, how it should look ect. She checked how it fit after i tried it on and gave me suggestions on what type to get. I wore Trusst bras for years (no longer in business) and all that time they had me sized incorrectly as 34g. Sizing today shows I am and should have been 32j. The bras cost more than what you'd pay at a department store (honestly not that much more). But, you're getting quality bras that actually work and look good. They have an amazing selection to choose from. The staff are incredible. Fittings are appointment only. I've never had such a great bra fitting/buying experience. We did hit a couple minor snags on final pick-up day but the salon was dedicated to ensuring perfection before we walked out the door. My only few personal items are the location: be prepared to street park, which is a struggle for a suburbia girl like me. My daughter made an appointment at this bridal shop to see wedding dresses and have a fitting. From the moment we walked in we were treated like special guests. Our person assigned to helping us was Jacqueline and she was kind, attentive and professional. She took a lot of time explaining the process to us about the dresses, the philosophy of the store and we were just all enthralled with all of it. What was truly amazing, was that she helped to select dresses based on what my daughter said she was looking for and brought exact dresses that she was hoping to see. Then she helped her into the dress and let her have the first look in the mirror at the dress before, opening the curtains and revealing the dress to the rest of us. I didn't know we were going to find the dress, but my daughter did and it was beyond anything I had ever expected. The entire experience was so memorable and enjoyable that I recommend that anybody who's looking for a dress and you're in this area of Pittsburgh, please go check out the store.
