Not only was the pricing here very reasonable - the design and customer service was phenomenal! Curt made the process from start to finish almost too easy. And Craig is a magician with his graphic design skills. We sent our logo over for a mock up and Craig took some design liberty and completely blew us away. To the point that we altered our original logo immediately for all of our other marketing. This is the main reason we went with Black Parrot. And I am so pleased with this decision. It's important for me to note that we were on a bit of a time crunch with an event happening and wanting signage (window and indoor wall) done prior to the event. They pulled it off and the install was seamless! We will for sure be using them again when we expand later this year and anytime we need more signage. I highly recommend this team!

The team here…read morehas serviced many of my office buildings throughout the years, and this review is a testament to the honest, diligent, and helpful manner in which they helped me grow the branding for my company. First, I must admit that I am hard to please. There have been many vendors for various aspects of my business that have not delivered on what they promised. Even worse, they took no accountability. This is not the case with FASTSIGNS of Irvine. When I noticed my decals were off center, the owner personally came out with a new decal, removed the old one, and installed the new one himself! Their pricing is competitive but their service is what makes them my one-stop shop for all of my branding signage needs! Thanks so much to the entire team. With gratitude, Se

SCAM/ RUDE SALES PERSON…read more This is a scam don't buy. They asked you to pay first to later send you the link to upload your file or image. What kind of business is this ? So they charge you and then tell you that you made a mistake and you need to upload more files just to charge you more. On top of that, When I called a rude older man answered and told me " do me a favor and read the website all the questions you have are there " when the website itself states that you need to call if you want a customized banner, incredibly rude and cynical. Is it too much work to answer the questions while being on the phone ? What kind of sales person is this or kind of business does not want to sell ? I decided to go with other printing company. Their website is a joke as well, there's part "a)" and part "b)" on some steps just to order a simple banner that should be only 4 simple questions. SAVE YOUR MONEY ANS TIME !
