We did have a hiccup with VA but we would like to thank Jaden, the VA certify official for correcting it. This school is very structured with reading, course work and LOTS of hands on experience. He REALLY liked ALL of the instructors. He learned different things from each one of them and they really make you feel valued and want you to be successful. At this school you cannot slack off. You have to be completely committed especially in the 1 month course because it moves very quickly. My husband cant say enough about the hands on experience. The team really prepares you for your CDL and gets you excited about your new career. My husband recently retired from the military after 21 years of service. Its unnerving leaving something that you have known for so long but he is excited about this new adventure because he now has the skills to be successful because of the instructors. I ended up being able to get her to the dmv and immediately cancelled the appointment with driven2drive within the 24 hour timeframe. I was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. That was over 3 weeks ago. I've called and emailed multiple times and still no refund. Edit to add...when driven 2drive saw my review they called me and immediately processed my refund and were very polite. I think they need better customer service training for their staff.

Even on the phone prior to my lessons Dale made me feel more at ease. After my first lesson I already felt like I could master highway driving.
