I ended up being able to get her to the dmv and immediately cancelled the appointment with driven2drive within the 24 hour timeframe. I was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. That was over 3 weeks ago. I've called and emailed multiple times and still no refund. Edit to add...when driven 2drive saw my review they called me and immediately processed my refund and were very polite. I think they need better customer service training for their staff.

Our 16 year old took pre-test coaching classes, continues to now that she has her driver's license. We wouldn't feel safe simply sending her to drive herself to the various after school activities because she passed her state exam. You must check out this program! It has to be the BEST approach in the country. An added bonus is that all the instructors are local off-duty cops. Teens realize cops are people too & are there for their safety.
