The winter rubber floormats were disgusting so I requested they be replaced with the summer mats. Not only were the summer mats installed but even the winter rubber mats were cleaned and look brand new. The dashboard, the seats, the console, the floors and the trunk were all vacuumed and cleaned and everything looks sparkling clean and smells fresh. They were very competitive with pricing and worked with my schedule to fit in an appointment. They even offered to adjust the calibration for my vehicle's self-driving feature. As soon as I got there, the front desk clerk offered me to scratch a CAA promotion card but to wait until the car is sprayed. I scratched the card and they gave me the $25 that appeared on the card. Then they told me that I cannot get the other promotion that was offered for a total of $60. I protested and told them that the original promotion was a scam intentionally designed to enticed customers then switch to a cheaper and lower discount. This Krown Rust Control location did not put a Krown Sticker on my car indicating that it was rust proofed in 2024 or wash my car like it was done at another location for the many years that I had my car Krown rust proofed at the other location.The clerk was dismissive and refused to call a manager or supervisor. This location uses the Bait and Switch Scam to deceive and misrepresent an attractive discount to the customers to bring them in under false pretence!

For example, their diagnosis on my brakes was simply not true. I am confident this was just an attempt to sell me on brakes. A headlight diagnosis was that I had a blown bulb and there was labor required to remove the headlight assembly when in reality it was simply a blown fuse. Following this, I had the work completed elsewhere to satisfy everything they had listed for the car to pass a safety inspection. When I returned for the re-inspection they simply refused to give my car a safety and came back with a new list of things they were unhappy with that apparently required repairs or changes. This garage tries to make things seem worse than they are to get business. In the end, I did receive a refund for the cost of the safety which I am thankful for. However, there was no respect for the time that I spent satisfying their requirements for a safety certification and dealing with made up issues that were not of concern. When performing a safety inspection on a car there is a schedule that you must follow. If the car meets the standards specified it is safe to be used on the road. I can't understand how you can have your own set of standards and then not honor the repairs that you had requested. I would avoid this garage and not go back, I hope you avoid the same mistake I made.
