We made an appointment with Diego and he came personally to design and give us a free estimate. We had an idea of what we wanted but had no clue what we needed to get there. Our backyard was unleveled and we had a mess of underground roots and tree stumps left over from the hurricanes 2 years ago. We also had a fence that was falling over and rotting due to the pooling of water in our yard whenever it rained. Diego provided solutions to our issues and diagram of what he was planning to do. He also gave us a realistic estimate of how much time it would take to complete. Even with some hiccups that occurred during the process (a sprinkler burst during the digging process which if you know anything about landscaping, happens frequently). Diego and his staff corrected the issue right away and kept us informed through the entire process. We have used landscaping companies in the past and this is the first time we have been so ecstatic about the quality of work and professionalism of a company. FTG were on time and super quick, finishing work just before hurricane season. Provided all paperwork, design drawings, insurance and business license information to Condo Association.
