I know it's written in fine print in the contract but an easy find reminder would have been great! Overall our experience was great! Thank sir grout for making the bathrooms look new.

Who wants their naked bits anywhere near mold and mildew?…read more I contacted The Grout Doctor and within a day I had a time for the owner to visit my home for an estimate. A week later I had a quick visit for an estimate from the owner and went with it--price was in the area of the other estimate I received. I had two bathrooms cleaned and sealed with very minimal re-grouting over the course of two weeks (one tub/shower and one tile shower). Both only took about half a day each. The worker left with no mold or mildew remaining whatsoever, everything cleaned, and everything resealed as it should have been. Both areas look great! Now I'm feeling much more comfortable in the shower.

Terrible experience! The first day they came out to clean my bathroom tile and remove caulking that…read moreneeded to be replaced. They broke one of my wall tiles, cracked grouting and scraped the finish off the molding under my vanity. They said they would replace the tile and would return to do the caulking and tile. Mel returned the following week and although he couldn't find a matching tile he brought one that he thought he could cut to fit and it would be "close." He started caulking the shower and then I noticed he did not have the color we had agreed upon and was applying a grey caulk where white was to go. He said they didn't have the matching color. His application in the shower was leaving open gaps and it was smeared over the tiles. When I pointed out the gaps he went over it with white caulk so on the same line I have white and grey caulk. He was supposed to return the next day and was a no show. Didn't return my calls. I'm left with damage to the bathroom and have to start over again this time with the added expense of repairing what they damaged. I've never experienced such poor quality work and lack of professionalism!

Their recommended handy man even commented on their mess on the tiles.

This was my second service from Brahler's, the first a year ago for restoration following water…read morethat seeped into ground floor rooms following torrential early morning rain. Once called, techs arrived within a few hours, pulled carpeting away from walls and placed fans to dry the areas. Speedy, follow up to check progress as promised and the fans were removed when the floor and carpeting were dry. I received a call from Brahler's a week or two ago, reminding me of their work described above and saying they are available for carpet cleaning as well as restoration. I'd been thinking of having carpet and upholstered furniture cleaned, and their call was the incentive to do it now. If I could rate the company above a 5-star, I would. Before the appointment, lamps, end tables, coffee table, and other items that could be taken from the carpeted rooms were removed. The two-person crew called when they left their prior appointment and arrived at my condo at the appointed time. I reviewed with the lead tech what I wanted, answered a few questions to confirm all tasks, and specifically pointed out two *old* stains that previous cleaning companies had failed to remove. Then I got out of the way. Three and a half hours later, they were done. The lead tech said the upholstery would dry quickly, but the carpeting could take 12 to 24 hours. This morning, 16 hours later, I found the upholstery and carpeting dry. Those two stains I pointed out are gone! The furniture and carpeting are 12 years old and it all looks new, refreshed. I am over the moon happy with the results and the professional handling of my carpet and upholstery cleaning from placing the order to waving good-bye to the techs as they pulled out of the driveway! Note that charges are based on square footage to be cleaned. If you have those figures available, the person making the appointment may be able to give you an estimate of the cost. Other companies may be able to do it for less, but, in my opinion, they won't be able to do it better.
