They came out, fixed the problem, and didn't even charge since it was such a small job! Also, for another roofing issue, many roofers reviewed it and said (dishonestly) that there were problems that needed extensive repairs. But the Peak and Valley crew were honest and showed there was no damage. The leak I noticed came from an ice dam. They could have easily lied to try and make a profit. But they didn't. And that integrity matters, especially in the roofing business.

I stopped in and worked with Shelly who seems to take care of nearly everything at the store. She was helpful, providing me with a lot of information and encouraging me to take samples home with me to see how they'd look in the rooms. I came back a few days later and placed my order. Shelly was not in at the time but called me the very next morning to process the order. When I wasn't able to speak because I was in a meeting, she texted with me to ensure that the order was placed ASAP. I ordered the carpet on a Friday and it was installed the following Wednesday. The installer was professional and patient, answering my millions of questions. I would definitely recommend Permanent Floors Carpet One and would purchase from them again without hesitation!

All was well at first. They came out right away and quoted me at $2500 and ensured that if I placed the order now they would have plenty of time to receive and install the carpet before our big visit. Once I agreed and they charged my card the down payment, I get a phone call almost a week later telling me that their distributor mis-quoted and that the new price is $3300. I was upset because I felt like this was a bait and switch since they knew I was in a bind, plus I didn't see how it was our fault that they didn't get their numbers correct. If our business misquoted our clients you better believe we would be eating that cost. However, we eventually negotiated to split the increase and he ensured me that all was well with our deadline. Two days before they are scheduled to install, four days before my deadline, they tell me that they can't get the carpet in time even though UPS offers NDA and Saturday delivery. They threw their distributor under the bus yet refused to let me contact them to see if I could get the carpet shipped direct through our UPS account. They were completely unwilling to work with me on installing another day and gave me no other options. I could tell that they didn't want to do the work due to their previous mistakes making the job less profitable for them. I understand that to a point, but as a I now have to explain to my boss why the carpet is not being replaced it's my ass on the line. Bottom Line: Shady business practices that will leave you in the lurch.

After seeing Arslanian Brothers' commercials for years, I finally decided to give them a call to learn more about their services. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their quote was and how quickly they were able to schedule my pickup. The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. When I unrolled it, it looked fantastic--fresh, clean, and beautifully restored. I'm so glad they were able to breathe new life into it and extend its lifespan. I will absolutely use Arslanian Brothers again!

It began to literally spring random holes within the first several weeks and then these weird micro cracks and weird look especially when wet. Then after the first very first winter it began to literally crumble. You can just sweep away bits of the driveway. He never responded to any phone calls or emails. Not to mention left the worst mess of concrete splashed onto my garage eves and the sides of my house. Plus, when he was restaining my cement patio also stained the side of my garage with it. The best part was that a fight nearly broke out on the pour day over not enough water in the truck. Which I have come to find out that is why my driveway looks like shit. The mixture was too dry which caused it to dry too quickly and be too brittle. I don't understand why you would continue to pour knowing the mixture was bad. Just a terrible person and company. I spent way too much money to be so disappointed. Also, they were supposed to remove old gate posts during the process because a new one was going in but they decided they couldn't get one of them out so they just re cemented it in with the new driveway. So then when the fence company came out they had to cut into my brand new driveway to remove the post. To place a new, larger post. Not their fault. Should have been removed with the driveway. Please do not hire Michael Saunders. This driveway was done in June 2023. Only 2.5 years old and I was meticulous about the care of it since I saved for a long time to replace my old one.

I have it professionally cleaned every year since I've lived here, and it was new when it was installed. I used Carpet Pro years ago, and they were great, but I switched to the company my complex recommended because they were cheaper. BIG MISTAKE!!!! They called me at 10:50 a.m. and said they would be at my house in 12 minutes...great. Then they called me at 11:08 and said they JUST NOW had to re-route the driver to another house and said they would be to my house for another 2 hours. Notice that they called me a full 6 minutes after they said they would already be here. That means the truck was either in my drive already or just down the street, turned him around and tells me I'm the one that has to wait another 2 hours After they called me the first time, @ 10:50, I called my soon to be ex-wife and told her I would pick up our son to go play as soon as they were done. Which she told him. My son is very young, has autism and emotional issues. To say breaking promises to a child like that is not recommended, it's an understatement. This company was about to have me break my promise to my son. Why would they do that when a simple phone call(s) would have sufficed? Did they get more money from this other job that was so important they had to call their truck away from my driveway? I had the owner, Mike Johnson, call me back. I told him my story and he did not sound the least bit concerned. All he did was ask what he can do to "make it go away". No apology, sounded like he just wanted to get me off the phone. He said he was busy b/c he had 12 trucks on the road. I turned him down and told him everything I'm writing here. I'm a very understanding person. Sometimes people make mistakes. If these guys would have called me at the last second and told me they would be a couple hours late I could have understood but what they did instead is just plain unethical and, quite frankly, pretty messed up. If they can do something like this, what else are they capable of? Not only did he lose my business from my new place, I still own a house w/ my soon to be ex-wife and he lost my business on that house too. Save your time. Maybe you have to pay a few dollars more, maybe you get the same price or lower but either way you'll probably get a company that is more ethical in their standards.
