It was always a good example of a Canadian Mall. So many changes over the decades. I'm not sure if an original store or restaurant has survived. Malls beat power centres for our Canadian weather.

But, I was disappointed by the limited collection they had. As an outlet store, I expected to see more clearance options or better prices than regular stores, but the clearance section had very limited items and most of them were XL sizes. The fitting rooms were clean and staff would sanitize them after each person used them. The lady who directs people to the store to enforce social distancing is very nice and friendly.

I was thinking about picking up some cleaning supplies when I was in this plaza. At first I was…read morethinking maybe Home Depot would have something but once I saw the Dollarama I knew I was set. Everything was grouped together really well. All of the kitchen, general household, and bathroom cleaning supplies were all in one big aisle along the right wall. They always seemed to have a few options for each item even things like disposal vinyl gloves, toilet bowl scrubbers, and mop systems. I was happy to see that they carry a limited selection of Scrub Daddy products. These were $4 each which is a little cheaper than what other stores are charging. When I went to checkout, the cashier was very pleasant. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Parking is easy in the plaza and it's actually very close to the 403 on ramp, so the whole trip was very quick.

I was at the check out and asked if the manager was in the person at the next till said he was not but could help me. I said to him " I thought you might like to know some employees are talking loudly about how much they hate their jobs in front of customers" This person replied with " I talk about how much I hate this job all the time HAHAHAHA" I have only ever seen very few employees with any kind of class working in a Dollarama. This fools reply shows just how much this company values their customer's.
