The second one is right in the middle, customer service has been alright, speed is also alright, not much to say, communication could be better. The last one is bottom of the barrel and I'm amazed that he even has this job still. He has no sense of direction, priority, communication, speed, basically anything that makes you worth it in the sense of being a cab driver. The amount of stars I will give is solely based on whether or not he loses his job or just shapes up in general cause this is fucking ridiculous. When he's driving we have no idea how long it's going to take him to get here or how long it's going to take us to get to our destination either because he genuinely what the queue is going to look like. I hope it changes because 2/3 drivers are genuinely wonderful cab drivers and their image is being negatively impacted heavily due to this one driver.
