The service techs don't do that here. You let them know what you need, you pull into the garage and sit in your car as the magic takes place. They will top off fluids, if needed put air in your tires and let you know if anything else may need to be handled in the future. They are not pushy. Oh, and they are quick! Not NASCAR quick but I'm talking quick. They are amazing techs who get the job done, who take pride in their work. I've been there 4 times and each experience has been positive. Give them a try! They said it might take half an hour to take care of the other clients and then 2.5 - 3 hours to take care of business. I've always loved this location as I have a very long term relationship with them-I would say I have been bringing my cars here for well over 10 years-I bring my wife's car here,my daughters bring their cars here-it's been nothing but good experiences every time I come here. I will admit though I do things a little different than most customers in that when I go to Jiffy Lube I always drive there from my work then drop my car off and walk back to work and then come back a few hours later to pick it up-saves me time and allows them to get to my car at their leisure.Its really been a system that has always worked out for me On this particular visit it was pretty busy but after about a 10 minute wait they were able to check me in and I was on my way. I generally get a full synthetic oil change and it's usually around $80 or so,which to me feels pricey but Ive got a few work arounds,if one is willing to do a little work. One thing is there is always a Jiffy Lube coupon available on the internet that gives either $30 or $35 off service-so that always lessens the blow of the cost for sure. The second thing I do is not as easy-you see Costco in my area sells $100 Jiffy Lube gift cards for $80-so I generally pay with those and that's even more money off my bill-so with both those saving tips I feel I get a pretty good savings when I have to go get my oil change done at Jiffy Lube. I should also mention-these guys there do good work-I watch them when I'm in the lobby how they treat other customers and how they work as a team to boost each other up-they are truly a well oiled machine over there at this location of Jiffy Lube. In closing-I will say if your ever in the area and need to get an oil change-don't hesitate to stop by and let these guys do their thing-they are good at what they do and won't let you down.

I don't know, but I went in to get my seats cleaned because an Uber passenger had vomited in my back seat, and so I paid them $100.00 to clean my seats (it used to be $60.) The rest of the day yesterday, I could still smell the vomit in my car, but I thought maybe it was the cleaning chemicals or something. Today I got in the car and it still smells like vomit. I put my nose up near the seat where the incident had happened, and the sour vomit smell is still there. So I called to let them know this. I was told I could come back and spend another $50.00 to spray some odorizer or something to clear up the smell. And I would also recieve a new cabin air filter. This is the second time I've had to have my seats cleaned for this reason (uber drunk vomit) and the last time it was sixty bucks and no more vomit smell. It seems to me that the ONE HUNDRED BUCKS I gave them should have been enough to not have my car smell like puke anymore! I am going to have to find a new place to have my car seats cleaned if this happens again. Pavilion Car Wash has gone down the tubes, sadly.

I just purchased a new battery from them. The employee told me that it might be your alternator? Today, I brought my car in to have my alternator replaced. Speaking with the owner, He told me the issue isn't with the battery or alternator. It's with my aftermarket car alarm. For some reason, it is draining my battery. They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.
