No response in over a month Mr Bolster failed to complete jobs he had contracted to do. Failed to complete and to and reasonable standard. Roof incomplete and bad leak over electricial service. Door poor quility build and not secured or finished. Roof and supports done incorrect - zero flashing and roof installed inproperly creating a hazard. Never installed insulation indoor porch - he removed, in August Had girlfriend over and in my garage - without permission, He furnished no reciepts - -bugged me for payment - accepted in full never to be seen again, blamed me He left unused material here - material ment for jobs to be completed. They left so much debris Ciggerette butts - weed stuff - nails everywhere - in where animals are kept. Debris from his buddy kicking my roofing in - not picking trash up He was paid in full - cash - he acknowlweges that- about $ 6000 total. He has posted my private pictures on social media - I requested they be removed - time of essence. A month later pictures still up - someone sent me copies today Mr Bolster has not reponded to BBB requests as required when complaint filled I have to get all this stuff fixed and am in worse position than when I started. *** note if you have anything around - they eye it all and talk about your stuff like it belongs to them. I NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND MR BOLSTER HAS STOLEN MY MONEY AND NOT RESPECTED MY PRIVACY. There is a text trail for all of this - I offered reasonable solution. During process of meeting with contractors, so many characters gave us estimates that were either scarily low, or inflated. Mike and Jay' s rate was fair, and their work is second to none. They were reliable, honored their word, and never cut corners on build quality. Since our house was originally built in the late 40s, they came across some structural issues that really concerned us.. Mike and Jay were understanding to our dilemma and were able to "shore-up" load bearing walls while being always fair with their rate. It was a huge stress relief to know they were on the job and staying within their estimate. Even long AFTER they finished, I had an issue with one of smoke detectors they installed and the same day, they went to home depot and exchanged it for a new one. It's rare to find high quality, great service and fair price in one company, but Fleming Construction nails it.
