I bought a Living Social for this service. This appears to be a one man show. When it came time to book, he requested I send him a text message with details as he wasn't near his computer to schedule me in. I waited a week and heard nothing. I called him back and he told me the same thing. At this point I was a bit frustrated and almost canceled my living social. However, George realized his error and called me back almost immediately. Turns out he had booked me already but had forgotten to call or text with a confirmation. When he came out, he did a great job. I have a good sized house with lots of carpet. He was able to finish in about an hour and a half and the carpets looked great. There were some previous stains he wasn't able to get up but I had not expected that anyway. The only big issue was that the carpets stayed wet for over 2 days because of the weather! I'll have to start cleaning my carpets in the summer now that I live in Washington. read more

I paid $49 for a Groupon for carpet cleaning for 2 rooms + a hallway or stairway. "Up to 78% off" when I called to make the appointment he said he couldn't do it for less than $80. He said he has to give half that money to Groupon. He asked me how big my house was. When I said it is mostly hardwood with only two rooms of carpet he said he can't honor the Groupon if I don't buy additional services from him. I bought a Living Social that included 1200 sq ft or 6 rooms, and a stairway. I worked with George and he was courteous and fast...3 rooms, 2 hallways and a staircase in under 2 hours. My stairs where HORRENDOUS as I have 2 small kids, I'm happy with the results. He didn't try to up sell me and didn't ask for more money. I got 3 people to buy so my service was free...all and all it was a great deal for me. My house is clean and smells fresh. There were a few spots that didn't come out but they were red and most likely something crazy that my kids smashed into the carpet. read more

I see some people have had problems with George, mostly related to Groupon. While Groupons are super easy for customers to use, they are notoriously difficult for business owners. I can see how a relatively new business like this one could run into some trouble. But George is a very reasonable man and his service is worth every penny he charges. He is incredibly polite and conscientious, and his work is very professional and thorough. I'm not the easiest guy to please, but I would (and will) use him again without hesitation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Do NOT purchase a Groupon from this company or any other service. He does not return calls, and cannot schedule appointments so I don't know how he stays or runs a business. What a waste of time and money on such an unprofessional service and person. I called him several times and he actually had the audacity to hang up on me and then rudely said he would "pass" on my Groupon. I hired George to clean my home first for a deep clean and then maintenance on a twice a month basis. No groupon, No specials! He quoted me one thing then delivered short, not even close. We don't spend much time in the basement, and we agreed (and wrote down) that he would maintain it once a month. Well, two months later, the basement still had not been touched. When I asked him about it, he said the check I wrote was only for the top floor. Offered to come and clean it another day, but I have visitors arriving and the basement had to be cleaned the same evening. This was the second time that I had to have him come back out and make right on his service. The time before, I came home early from work, to find a woman and toddler in the house, cleaning.....not. They left, there was still a sunscreen ring in the tub, the foyer had not been touched, the floor not mopped, TV still covered in dust. I support people bringing their kids to work, but the service was awful. I always pick up the floor and try to be respectful and always gracious. The other issue is that we would agree on a day and time, and he would change it. It makes it very difficult to be sure toys and clothes are off the floor, no dishes in the sink, etc. If he did not quote high enough, then I expect a business to call and discuss it. Let me know that they underquoted based on time and need to charge more. I do not agree with just doing a crappy job and blaming time not being sufficient. I have hired people to clean my home quite a few times this was the most expensive but worse service I have ever received. This time I wanted to get my new home cleaned quickly after I closed, I hired him because other were not available to do it. He came for bid and tells you how professional he is. I paid him 700 Dollars to clean the home. Home was only couple years old so it wasn't too dirty or anything. Nothing was done carpet was not clean, all the corners of home, hard to reach areas, corners of windows, kitchen drawers, nothing was cleaned. There were dead insects/flies in corner of windows were not touched. Half of the windows were not even touched. He specifically mentioned during bidding that they clean the fireplace and suck everything under the fireplace, fireplace was not even touched. So I called him again to fix that, but he fixed couple things left everything else again. Then he start asking more money and I told him I have previously paid half the money for similar sized home and they did much better job. What a frustrating experience, killed all my excitement for the new home, had to pay somebody else to do rest of the home. Please do not this guy or be prepared to do job yourself and pay somebody else again to get the actual job done. read more

Bought a Groupon for carpet cleaning and ended up doing a full house cleaning for a move-out inspection. Total price was exactly what he quoted me, which was very reasonable, even though it seemed to take longer than originally thought. Their schedule was very flexible and I was able to get the house cleaned on 3 days notice just in time for a move-out inspection. The crew arrived at noon on a Sunday but had to break in the middle of the day for a few hours and didn't finish up until after 3 am. The house was vacant so that didn't affect me at all and the house was sufficiently clean (carpets were cleaner than when I moved in) and ready for inspection the next day as promised. Bought a Groupon to get my apartment carpet cleaned and he told me he isn't honoring Groupons because he won't make money off of them unless I purchase other services as well.
