My lowers are too short causing my tongue to lay on top of them rather than between them causing frequent tongue bites which is not pleasent in the least. My advise is to take the time to make the builder of the teath make them the best for you.

Dr. Fisher placed a crown in mouth earlier this year. I complained about the placement of the crown…read morefrom the very beginning. I told her the crown felt too big for my mouth and was causing bite issues and pain. She adjusted one time and after that, decided it wasn't her issue. She tried to gaslight me into thinking I needed a root canal and that I had an infection. She refused to take the crown out and said it wasn't in her "plan of care". After many months of jaw pain, headaches, neck spasms, inability to eat comfortably and so much more, neurologists, oral surgeons, MRIs, cat scans, x rays, orthodontists, endodontists, root canal specialists, dentists, and invisalign for pain relief, I finally got the crown removed for the issue to possibly be a pinched nerve in the tooth that she put the crown on. It's only been 24 hours and I feel such a huge relief. Here's the kicker. I have to pay out of pocket for a new crown ($700) because the original dentist (Fisher) needs to redact the claim on their end through insurance in order for a new one to be covered. In the last 8 months I have spent thousands of dollars in out of pocket expenses for something she could've fixed immediately by simply listening to her patient. This dentist puts her feelings and ego ahead of the needs of her patients. 0/0 recommend.

They come out with a temp-gun pointing to our foreheads without even asking for medical consent. I would know if we are sick, so I finally said no last time and was allowed inside, up until today I was treated like a walking germ by Dr. Fisher when I said "no, we're not sick" to tech who allowed my son and I in, then the dentist walked towards me after calling my son to the back, pointing the temp-gun with a concerned face. I said "we're not sick and it its my son getting treatment", but she refused us service, despite I said I could do it this time for my son who wanted the service and is almost 18. I offered to stay outside as well, but she said I have to be with my son and have my temp taken. I was okay with it to please my son, but she told us she wouldn't service us, so I told her this is a form of discrimination of which she disagreed just because we choose not to believe a lie. She chooses to follow CDC guidelines as her bible , but we don't trust the propaganda they have spread since 2020, and if they are vaccinated, aren't they "protected"? Are we this stupid that they can't see who's sick and who's not???! No thanks. Glad to leave. Should have changed a long time ago. And yes, they can be kind and I liked them, but she thinks this is not a form discrimination due to your believes, conviction and matter of conscious, then they don't deserve our time and money, of which they wasted mine today.

My teeth may be brighter, but my wallet is lighter due to the receptionist's error. I am confused…read moreas to why I cannot receive a full refund when the mold takes two weeks to be made and I called to cancel on the second day. The office has stated the issue falls on me simply because I initially agreed to the service, despite the fact that I attempted to cancel promptly. Additionally, the level of care I received was disappointing. When I expressed that I was in pain after the procedure, the staff member assisting me (Rhea, if I recall correctly) showed little concern and simply stated, "It won't last forever," when I asked how long the pain would last. No aftercare guidance or recommendation, such as taking ibuprofen, was provided. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and do not anticipate returning beyond picking up the teeth mold I was required to pay for.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. Every time I drove past Dentistry At Houston…read moreLake, which looks like a movie theater on the outside, I was intrigued. After doing some research, I decided to give this dental office a try. The parking lot is so cute. Each spot has a star, so each customer can feel like a celebrity. When I walked in, I was greeted by a gregarious staff. The decor is fully committed to a theater like experience with a popcorn stand in the lobby that has fresh popped bags of popcorn that you can take with you after your dental services. Each room has a theme. To name a few, there is the Marilyn Monroe room, Wizard of OZ room, Super Heros room, and the Star Trek room. My experience was pleasant during my new patient exam and cleaning. My only complaint is the lack of time management. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was seated in a consultation room and waited for 30 minutes before the dentist arrived. Once we were done there, I was seated in the exam room. I waited another 30 mins minutes for the dentist to start the examination of my gums. The dentist apologized for the delay and said there was a last-minute emergency, which I understood. Once we were done, they told me I needed to schedule the cleaning for another day since all 50 of their dental hygienist go to lunch at the same time, and it was their lunch hour. I explained that I could wait till they came back since I didn't want to have to waste another day coming back and waiting for hours, plus I wanted to purchase new retainers. My cleaning appointment was scheduled for when the dental hygienist returned. Everything went smoothly with the second half of my visit. I had to return 4 weeks later to pick up my retainer. Once again, I waited about 20 minutes after my appointment for the hygienist to come out and get me. Due to the room needing to be sanitized, she ended up handing me the retainer, I tried them on and was done. If I was rating the customer service and friendliness of the staff, I would give this place 5 stars. Everyone I encountered was professional and personable. Hopefully, my next visit in 6 months will not be a all day event.
