I called back, spoke to the lady that does the billing and she told me I shouldn't have gotten that call, because the service was originally billed to the insurance incorrectly. She would take care of it. It is now more than 6 months past the service and i just got a call 10 days before Christmas saying that I really do owe an extra $1300. That's more than then I originally paid them. I understand they can be off in their calculations, but over 100% off? That's ridiculous. I will pay it, because the service was done, and it was done well, but I will never go back. That makes me sad, because the hygienist, Sarah, is really good, and the dentist guy isn't terrible, but I don't want unexpected bills over the amount I previously paid popping up unexpectedly. My…read morerecent visits left me extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of care and what I perceived as a serious lack of professionalism from Dr. Lewis and her staff. I had an appointment scheduled two months in advance that was canceled without my consent, and I received no courtesy call beforehand. On another visit, despite having a scheduled appointment, I was kept waiting nearly two hours to finish because Dr. Lewis had clearly overbooked patients. When I questioned the delay, she offered an excuse that did nothing to resolve the situation and only highlighted the disregard for my time. As a result, I chose to seek dental care elsewhere. Both the front desk staff and dental hygienist repeatedly demonstrated a disregard for basic professionalism and patient care. Their interactions with me were consistently dismissive and marked by rude, unhelpful attitudes, which reinforced my view of the office as an unwelcoming and poorly managed environment. It was also very clear that the staff didn't want to be there at all, and frankly, they would have been better off staying home. After deciding to permanently discontinue my care, I requested that my records be sent to another office. Shortly afterward, I received a letter stating they were withdrawing me from their services, even though I had already ended my care there and was receiving quality dental treatment elsewhere. I am now a client at Warner Robins Family Dentistry, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Dr. Nency Patel is exceptional, and her team is equally outstanding, professional, welcoming, and truly dedicated to patient care.
