Like other homeowners in the Delaware valley, I have often been disappointed in the behavior of trades people. One of my complaints is a general culture of unreliability. They don't show up on time, or they don't even show up, a job that was promised is never completed, they come in, look around, leave, and you never hear from them.
That's why my relationship with Keith has been so welcome. He's the definition of reliability. He phones and texts. He lets you know when he will be there. He sends you itemized invoices for the work done in invoices that are easy to present to an insurance company, as Keith reminds you to do. He is multiply skilled. For me, he has done painting, drywall work, carpentry, retileing the floor of the shower, removing mold, repairing a leaky intake valve in the basement. He is proactive about home repair; he will look around the house and make suggestions about possible improvements. He is a congenial guy, a pleasure to work with and his costs are very reasonable.
Keith is now my go-to construction expert. read more
