The worst part was that the entire fountain drink machine was covered in fuzzy mold & half the drinks were out of syrup & everything was so sticky. There's a car wash onsite along with a few huge vacuums and air for your tires. Inside they have a big walk-in beer "cave." There's a freezer inside with bagged ice. They have multiple icee machines and two walls of refrigerated beverages. This is one of the nicest convenience stores in the area.

New, clean, well staffed, well lit, snacks, gas, car wash. It's all there and serves the purpose just as intended. I can fill the air in my tires, fill my gas tank, grab a snack, whatever I need and be on my way. They also offer the BP fuel rewards program where you can earn discounts on future gas purchases. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky. You can only turn right at either of the intersecting side streets. To get around that you have to tour through the adjacent Harris Teeter parking lot. Depending on which direction you are headed from, this also poses a problem turning in. Compared to other gas stations, I do feel like they close a little too early at night. From what I can tell, even the pumps are shut off after closing so you can't even get gas via a credit card car side.

She managed multiple customers at once with a smile, kept the line moving efficiently, and made everyone feel acknowledged. Employees like her make a lasting impression. I specifically asked for the brisket to be placed in a container with the bun packaged separately since I wouldn't be eating it until the following day. Other QuikTrip locations have always prepared it this way without any issues. When I opened my bag at work the next day, I found sliced bread with cheese instead of the roll that it is supposed to come with it. Even more disappointing, the amount of brisket was much smaller than what I've consistently received at other QuikTrip locations (posted pictures) Had they used the correct roll, there wouldn't have been nearly enough meat to fill it. The brisket itself still had the great flavor I expect from QuikTrip, but the incorrect order and skimpy portion made this visit a letdown. I hope this location can match the consistency I've experienced at other stores--especially because the customer service from Michelle W. was top-notch. The two stars go to Michelle W. The food that is prepared at sold took away the other three stars I would have given if I got what I ordered.

Admittedly, I have seen the name change a few times. Right now Circle K is the name of the convenience store, while the gas station portion seems to have Shell signage. The receipt for gas also reads Circle K. It can be a bit confusing, but I always go here because the important things about this place remain the same. Always friendly, stellar service. Always stocked shelves. Always big bags of ice when you need it. Always hot coffee and cold drinks. Always well lit and secure. The staff is also always wearing their mask, and a social distancing is adhered to. During this unstable period in life it's comforting that some good things have remained the same.
