I wanted to get rid of a very heavy, oak office desk quickly but no one in our household had a truck or could physically lift it. Richard was at my house in an hour to pick up the desk and took it to a place that accepts donations which made me very happy to know that it wasn't going to a landfill. His was the most reasonable price I could find and he was very polite and friendly and worked quickly. We will definitely be calling him in the future for other hauling needs and to help us move when the time comes! Thank you, Richard! read more

Be careful driving behind them. I was following their truck full of gravel. We'll one flew n hit my windshield n messed it up. I motioned for him to pull over which he did. He then proceeded to ask if I had video. I just saw it happen n it's my new car. His response was it wasn't his fault n he would not give me his insurance. So if his insurance company reads this u should cancel him or raise ur rate as he is gonna be your worse liability. He's a dishonest man. read more

These guys were quick and efficient. They were able to remove everything that I couldn't remove myself. Their communication and response time was great. Their charge was reasonable especially with all the junk that was asked to be removed. I've kept their contact info in case I need another load of heavy junk to be removed. I wish the concrete bricks would have been thrown out too but those where things I could throw out myself. Four stars for quick service. Thanks guys! read more

Richard hauled off a heavy load for us a few months ago. He was timely and made sure to gather everything for us before heading off to the landfill. He's friendly and professional. Today, he picked up an antique bedroom set we purchased at a local antique store. He treated this set as if it was his own and placed it in the room where we needed it. I made the mistake of having him meet me at the store early because the time on the website was wrong for their opening times on Sundays. It was completely my mistake. I was apologetic for making my mistake, as I've previously dealt with others who become visibly upset for something like this. Richard told me not to worry about it, so it eased my mind a little. Please note: He gets busy during the day. I saw him get quite a few calls, but he also tried calling people back. If he doesn't answer, leave a message. He'll get back to you. It's worth having him do the job. read more

I am selling a house in Beaumont and we are supposed to be closing escrow in the next day or so. The buyer's went today to do their final walk through, and all of the trash that I had asked the handyman to haul away was just dragged out to the alleyway. I looked up haul away services on Yelp and called Richard because he had great reviews. He gave me an estimate over the phone, I said okay, and about 3 hours later he sent me before and after pics. He told me that he is willing to travel also, I look forward to using him anytime I need something hauled out. Richard was very professional, reliable, and got the job done quickly! I am very happy with his work. read more

SM Hauling - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

I called SM hauling to help me get rid of an old heavy couch, before our new living room was delivered. Richard called back and was so respectful and professional in his conversation with me. Business owners forget or seldom realize the significance of how making a good first impression with customers is. Richard oozed integrity and caring. He came the next day with his wife. Very impressive, beautiful clean equipment and a great attitude. They were like watching poetry in motion working as a team to get that big old couch on a roller dolly. It took them about 3 minutes to get it out of the house WOW. If you have a hauling need, I would strongly recommend Richard at SM HAULING in Beaumont Ca. He is dependable and affordable. read more

Thank you so much! Richard was so nice to work with. It was easy to get a hold of him and he called back when I needed it. He gave me options of days and of times he could come by and was there when he said he would be. He also gave me an estimate based on the information I told him over the phone and offered an additional more specific estimate if I could send photos. Excellent job, excellent price I truly appreciate it! read more

Richard.. was a class act guy ! I really -- enjoy using prior military service guys as the work ethic, honesty and punctuality are second to none. Felt very comfortable with Rich !!! He showed up on-time, used a gps link so that I could see that he was on his way and even gave me money back because the job took less time than expected.... not only that but didn't let rainy weather keep him from doing the job. Will definitely refer him and use his services whenever I need a job done ! Thanks again Richard -- and may God keep blessing your business :D read more

I had contacted multiple companies that were able to move furniture from one place to another for me and Richard was the first one to return my call. He gave me a very very low price that i was able to afford with my low budget. Richard showed up on time as promised and was very friendly with a positive attitude he got down to work. Richard handled my things with a lot of care and making sure not to damage any of my furniture which i find very important and extremely nice because it shows how much respect he has for a persons property.
